I GO TO THIS STORE ALOT AND HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS A MORE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND DISRUPTIVE EMPLOYEE NAMED "NATASHA"!!!SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! MORE THAN A TRAINING, THIS WOMAN NEEDS A BOOTCAMP LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANNERS AND HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY! ALSO, SHE NEEDS TO LEARN ENGLISH INSTEAD OF SO RUDELY DEMANDING THAT I SPEAK SPANISH SO SHE COULD UNDERSTAND ME! HOW DARE SHE! THIS IS USA! REGARDLESS LANGUAGE, SHE WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE AND SHOULD BE DISCARDED LIKE TOILET PAPER!
I ask to speak to someone that understood English and was not transferred and refused by the salesperson. My assumption, is broken English in Miami-Dade county the new English language?Hire more Americans, its not fair to keep placing Latin American people into places of business and not hire Americans anymore in Miami. Someone from Congress needs to look into this city, its evident that they are only hiring their nationality! Leaving American people fewer choices to be hired in Miami-Dade (everyone is bilingual)!!

In the passed my experiences with this organization was positive. My latest one however was not. My goods were scheduled for a pick up date. The day before I e-mailed the director for a window of time. No response. On pickup date I sent another e-mail confirming time or if in fact they were not coming. Again no response. There has been no attempt to contact me. How very rude! There are many organizations in need of donations. I suggest donating somewhere else!
