On March 9th 2018 I went to pick up my son (15 months old) from the Kendall gate Smart Starts location from Ms. Ingrid’s VPK 1 class. They had been in the playground for over an hour and were in the bathroom washing their hands w the other kids. When I was walking up to the bathroom I could hear a baby sobbing & making loud convulsing gasps in-between the cries. When I walked in it was my baby who was the one crying. He had full blown tears streaming, boogers coming out of his nose into his mouth and shirt. When I asked Ms. Ingrid what happen she said (in Spanish) that he was fine and that he had been that way for an hour. If he had been that way for an hour the school should have called me. She then told me they couldn’t call me every time he cried (which is obvious to me and not what I was asking of them but if he was crying for an hour SPECIALLY LIKE THAT any parent would logically want to be notified). The day before he was not feeling well so she then said maybe he wasn’t feeling well, and that he shouldn’t have even came to school that day. Whichever situation it was (a) crying for no reason for an hour (b) crying because he was ill the day before and didn’t feel well = both situations warrant a call to the parents. I left crying and traumatized. That night I went home and reviewed all the video taping of that week and found 2 days before his Teacher Ms. Ingrid pulling my baby’s shirt and lifting him up fully JUST BY HIS SHIRT in order to scoot him up on his mat during nap time. Was it malicious? I don’t think so. Was it appropriate? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Had a parent been in the room she would have not done that.

Hebron is the best when it comes for professionalism; and great instructors for students. I will be the first to recommend Hebron to all of my friends and co-worker.
Hopefully a better year this year with new principal! All day and aftercare teachers are great. Caring, Patient and Helpful, but beware of the aftercare director, she is ruthless and fake to the core. My son does not like her at all. Kids have an instinct that we don't...Trust them!
The atmosphere seems to be getting worse there. It's a shame because we considered OLOL to be decent school but not any more. I will Not bring my daughter back to this school next year.it is a shame to see a catholic school with so many evil people.THE PRINCIPLE IS A PUPPET.the teachers can not teach and the office is only want your moneyPlease do not send your child to this stock up place.God Bless
bad experience ..in October 30,2015 my son 1year was six bites in the back right and one left . nobody noticed not know what has happened . I was there same day . They not want to show the video because they say it always deleted after this report to the children in the family with the pictures and spent a month and the response was that the bites were homemade . and the case is incomplete, that me feel very unhappy for negligence in this place
I called for information, and I got a very unprofessional woman on the phone, that alone is a red flag for me, I would not trust this people to drive my child around.
