Please look for a real Dr. My experience is very sad, this dr. Barry has zero tolerance to people when they are on real pain, absolutely horrible experience and very rude attitude from him to the pts.He has his title only for money and does not care about helping those in need like truth doctors. If u cannot have money to pay his visit he will not see u even for results he charges for everything and does not help when it comes finding a solucion to help pts. This people make u come 2 times for ine appointment visit and charge u in orden for them to get more money they over schedule pts until the last minute and make thise people wait and be sited for long time only to see him for less than 5 minutes.
I met with Dr. Tuvel and his staff last month. I was referred by my sister who's been a patient of his since 2014. Very nice and knowledgeable doctor. His staff is very friendly and professional. I'm a registered nurse so I appreciate honesty and thoroughness. He's a rare find. I live in Broward County and commute is pretty far, but its worth it!
What I loved most about my visit with Dr. Tuvel is how much care and interest he showed when I was suffering severe pain to my foot. I enjoyed coming in for the follow up's because the ladies in the office are delightful and welcoming. After lunch they offer the patients in the waiting room a little cuban coffee and that makes the short wait in the waiting room better. I highly recommend Dr. Tuvel as a podiatrist.
I came for a bunion problem, the doctor was very courteous and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer my concerns. I was happy over all.
It is always my intent to give patient's information that will help them make an informed decision to their treatment. Up to date information including x-rays are necessary to discuss the current condition of the foot. Having surgery is stressful and 2nd opinions are appropriate if a patient has concerns about the treatment. I encourage them.
After having a sharp pain on my left ankle since before Christmas I finally got the courage to make an appointment and go see the doctor. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and helpful young lady. she reviewed my paperwork (which she had clearly explained on during my initial call how to go about obtaining and completing). The first pleasant surprise was that my actual appointment was for 9:00am and even though there seemed to be a continued flow of people going in and out, by 9:30am I was called in. Immediately there after I met my foot angel! Dr Nasr - he is a very friendly kind and straight to the point (in language you can actually understand) kinda Doc! His also very nice assistant took my xrays and sat in with me. He quickly and without hesitation explained the cause of my ongoing pain. long story short the service I received was amazing. The staff is amazing and the doctor a blessing!
The worst experience ever! This doctor makes you feel like you are just an obstacle in his way to charge your insurance! I went to see him for a second opinion. When he heard "second opinion" he almost started to scream at me asking "what are you want me to do?", as if I was trying to do something illegal. I brought him the MRI from the previous doctor, which he rejected as "old", ordered some X-Rays and just when the results came, he started to show some interest. He put an insole on my boot, gave me a shower protector for my foot and then on my way out his staff charged me $25 for each one, stating that the insurance does not cover for that. Later, I called my insurance and they stated they would cover it (anyways, the shower protector costs $9.99 at Walgreens with no prescription). After this visit I went 2 more times (only because I had a fracture and pain and didn't want to switch doctors again), but only to receive each time a new elastic "soft cast" on my foot and a bad face. The last time, since the pain was still there, Dr Baum told me he can not do anything else for me, he did not remembered I had fracture, he did not find the copy of my MRI on the computer (his assistance helped him), and when he found it, he didn't even look at it. He recommended me to see a "Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome Specialist" telling me that he thinks maybe there are some in Florida...and left the office. After that experience, I will not go again to see this doctor. I am 58 years old, I have seen much, but I never have seen worse service and treatment for your money, especially from a medical "professional!"
Excellant DPM, explained everything in detail, gave me multiple options for treatment.Staff all very pleasant, Office very convenient inside Baptist Medical Arts Building.Would recommend
He never took care of my health problems, He just saw my feet and told me to buy the products that he sells at his office, ,He stroke me to be more of a businessman than a doctor.. He didn't even looked at my feet carefully or trimmed my toenails. Being a diabetic I need a professional to take care of it. During the visit he was always in a rush, ( not because he had too many patients). He was just trying to sell his products and get rid of me. In addition, I spent a lot of money just to buy his products. After a long research over the internet, i found out that every product he sold me was a lot cheaper than what he charged me for it. I found out the this merchant is overpricing all his products in a monstrous manner, For example he is selling a product for $25. You can find the same on different websites for only $2 or $3. Another product that cost $20 he sold it for $55.00. He also made mistakes on the prescription. Thank God I always read the medication info and compare prices.I
I was refered to Dr.Wagner by a friend of mine who had been originally diagnosed with heel pain. She saw Dr.Wagner for a third opinion who cured her. I went to see him and my pain is gone. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but his bedside matters were impecable. The customer service was excellent as well. He diagnosed me with heel pain and 3 months later I was perfect. Without reservation, I highly recommend him to anyone.
