I am currently renting from Milagro Coral Gables for three months and have couple problems. 1. You cannot open the windows in the bedrooms eventhough windows has screens. 2. There is not even one available carts to carry your groceries,water..etc to your apartment. This is a very big problem. They lock the carts in the leasing office which is locked after 5 or 6 pm during the week. And most of the time the carts not even in the office. I have to carry heavy water cases to my apartment. Nobody is trying to solve this problem. I definetely dont recommend this apartments. If you want to carry all your stuff by hand, go ahead. 3. You cannot even see anybody around working. 4. Pool is dirty most of the time and nobody is cleaning it. Lizards are all around the pool and on the lounge chairs. You cannot even enjoy it.5. Water pressure is not that great in the showers.
I have lived at Park City Apartments for over seven years in building 865 and disagree with the negative reviews posted. The management team is extremely helpful and always willing to help. Marie who is the manager has stayed after hours and come in on the weekends when the office is closed to meet residents for lease renewals she goes above and beyond. Johanne takes time and has a lot of patience from time you enter the door as an applicant to go over all requirements with you and makes the move-in process painless. The maintenance staff are very helpful and always willing to lend a hand. There is no other place that I would call home.
Resident since 2011 this place has gone downhill. Management team is very unprofessional and obnoxious. The repair guys speaks no English bangs at your door like police and walked in without saying why they are there. Marie is the office manager she's a little bit more easier to deal compare to that ghetto name Johanne. She's the worst, she acts as if shes doing you a favor. The apartment complex isnt that bad, pray that you live on the 3rd floor. Most people with children care less about the amount their kids makes. Theres always some weirdo lurking in the back of the building smoking weed. Security at night is bogus. Oh by the way the mail boxes in building 825 someone always break them open so your mail isnt safe. Even though the price for the apartment are good I wouldnt recommend them. This place is trashy. Finally after the 3rd of every month the late fees is $100.00 after the 3 day notice eviction is files and you have to pay an additional $100 "for lawyers fees". These people are crooks. Run fast
don't work with these people. the agent I spoke with was very rude and racist. she had a very evil approach. I will never recommended these people to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Angie. you helped a great deal with my customers yesterday May 11th, 2014. I really appreciate your help from the desk of www.edwardcambas.com

Sadly this place doesnt even have the decency of deserving one star. The most important key point is that the management in this place completely sucks. Really don't understand why we have to pay for a management that is never there when you need it. They promote FALSE ADVERTISEMENT = management and sales team call this place luxury condos; sadly there's NOTHING luxurious about this Jenny Tower. The doors lock on their own, and once you're locked out of the apartment management is nowhere to be found, be ready to be at least 4hrs locked out of your apartment unless you take matter into your own hands and contact your own locksmith, but don't even think you're going to get refund it from management. Some walls are broken, graffiti on some of the walls, and they don't even care about repairing any of these things, which makes you think where all that money WE tenants pay for this poor management goes to. When you try to contact management they also give you attitude, so their customer relations skills are down the drain. Airplanes are constantly passing by and the building doesn't even have the proper design structure to block these sound waves like other condos we've lived in the past. This place makes you feel like you're in the hood. There's not enough security in this building, so you don't feel safe at all considering the area its on. Management is not responsible for cars in the garage which is ok, but they should at least have cameras in ALL garage floors so if something ever happens we can go about solving it. In overall this place would be great if it wasn't for the uneducated retards that manage it, because once things go bad management does NOTHING, and they are also nowhere to be found. You'll noticed as soon as you come in that the place is more than half empty, which I don't blame them because I don't think anyone is stupid enough to stay here after that lease is fulfilled. I believe you're going to pay too much for the crappy management they have, you're better off paying $200-$300 more a month and move to a condo in Gables or Brickell which is real luxury and real/good mannered management. They had the money to build this place, but they're too f***ing stupid to know how to manage it properly, because with unhappy tenants you will never have a successful business.
