I was disappointed when my father's belongings was misplaced. My mom asked for help but the lady in charge of the belongings gave my mom a cold shoulder. That was not very professional otherwise the ladies are very nice but not the best facility.

The doctor is a cool guy, but the staff is not the best including the reception, plus lack of parking.. wait time can be real bad too.
Terrible they are incompetent , nasty, and rude. My father passed away on July 5th and I am so upset and feel as though this could have been prevented.

The only thing good about this place is the location. I had my mother there thinking it was the best thing out there. Boy was I wrong! Disgusting and unsanitary! Sticky floors with a strong smell of urine everyday all day. Then for the kicker if the patient has Alzheimer disease and gets a little aggressive (which is part of the symptoms) they send them to Larkin's Hospital to the Psych unit and will refuse there reentry. There is much better options. Do your research. I personally think they shouldn't be out business.
My father was placed in the rehabilitation center for 3 months and then transferred to the nursing home into a long-term bed. During his time at the rehab center, the technicians helped him maintain strength and agility by doing various hand and leg exercises. They were all very nice and helpful. He has now been in the nursing home for two years and has been well taken care of with few incommodities.
Nice service for treatment of Autism, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Lyme disease, Alzheimer, Parkinson, Release of Stem cells, Brain Injury & Trauma, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Thermal Burns, Neuro Rehabilitation, Healing Wounds Necrotizing Soft Tissue Infections and others.
Great!!!!!! excellent place and service , Dr and all staff have very good relationship patients staff.
Incredibly rude staff! I called to ask information on a patient. First I said: Good morning, is this Golden Glades Nursing home? "THAT'S WHAT YOU CALLED, RIGHT?" I was only trying to verify that I called the correct number. "Well, THIS IS GOLDEN GLADES- WHAT DO YOU WANT?" I just want to verify information on a patient. "WHAT DO YOU WANT? I CANT HELP YOU MAM." He hangs up. I call again he picks up and hangs up. Who does that? I called again and found out his name is Bob and he's a supervisor. I thank God that I don't work there.
