I am very happy they helped me find a place. It was a hard item for me and they helped make it easier for me and my family. Their service is FREE, you just pay the application fee once you find a place. The fee is to run a credit and background check. That is good, you feel safer that they check these things. I recently relocated from Boston and heard about this office from a friend that used them several years ago. I scrolled through some of these reviews and thought twice but I am so glad I did, the service was amazing. They are in Kendall and there were so many places to see , and they matched me up with the perfect place.

They helped me find a new place to call home. Adnan was very helpful. I will for sure have my friends go and ask for him. The girl who picked up the phone Candy, was very friendly and helpful.

Building have nice view.Daytime receptionist- Reina, is the only reason that months after I am moved out I decided to wright review.Attacking when you report a problem, damage on the car, remote for gate badly worked, neighbor that were having party all the time and treating other tenants, we had to pay pest control, elevators are constantly broken, we had no electricity for 7 days during hurricane not even generator for fridge was working, pool is dirty, maintenance people are using toilets of tenants when they think that house is empty, and who know what else. But all that is minor compering what that receptionist is doing, sleeping in gym, renting rbnb, yelling at the tenants, walking in the apartments without permit, adding damages to close out even after signed report, etc so during our last months we limited communication with that person and did our best to avoid here, same as many tenants.Now we are moved out for some time and the tenants that are still live there, telling us that she is talking disrespectfully about me and my family. If I hear more of that I will be force to talk to lawyers, but for now I hope that is enough to management to resolve these issue.

Worst place I have ever lived in. STAY AWAY. run by a dictator president of association. NO VISITORS after 10 pm. no pets but everyone else has including president of association. run like a maximum prison. will tow after 10 pm all cars not living there.

I am currently renting from Milagro Coral Gables for three months and have couple problems. 1. You cannot open the windows in the bedrooms eventhough windows has screens. 2. There is not even one available carts to carry your groceries,water..etc to your apartment. This is a very big problem. They lock the carts in the leasing office which is locked after 5 or 6 pm during the week. And most of the time the carts not even in the office. I have to carry heavy water cases to my apartment. Nobody is trying to solve this problem. I definetely dont recommend this apartments. If you want to carry all your stuff by hand, go ahead. 3. You cannot even see anybody around working. 4. Pool is dirty most of the time and nobody is cleaning it. Lizards are all around the pool and on the lounge chairs. You cannot even enjoy it.5. Water pressure is not that great in the showers.

Edificio que se esta cayendo a pedazos y no lleva ni 5 anos de construido, los electrodomesticos de mala calidad por ahorrarse unos dolares. Salideros por todos lados. Puertas en mal estado. Grietas en todas las paredes. Y el que arregla cosas solo esta para caerle atras a su esposa que se ha acostado con medio edificio y tiene los tarros mas grandes que un bufalo de agua, porque de reparar y arreglar algo no sabe, lo deja peor en la mayoria de los casos. En fin, un buen ejemplo de unos terribles apartamentos de bajo presupuesto. De aqui a 5 anos mas se cae en pedazos.

I have lived at Park City Apartments for over seven years in building 865 and disagree with the negative reviews posted. The management team is extremely helpful and always willing to help. Marie who is the manager has stayed after hours and come in on the weekends when the office is closed to meet residents for lease renewals she goes above and beyond. Johanne takes time and has a lot of patience from time you enter the door as an applicant to go over all requirements with you and makes the move-in process painless. The maintenance staff are very helpful and always willing to lend a hand. There is no other place that I would call home.
