MY GRANDMOTHER ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY ONCE AND EVERYTHING FINE UNTIL THEN UNFORTUNATELY THE SECOND ORDER SHE MADE HAS ME FURIOUS. SHE ORDERED AND THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND NOW ARE TRYING TO CHARGE HER. SHE WORRIES SO MUCH THINKING SHE HAS TO PAY IF NOT THE POLICE WILL TAKE HER BUT WE WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED. THEY ARE ASKING FOR MONEY LIKE THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WONT ADMIT TO THEIR ERROR. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT YOU WANT MONEY TO CANCEL THE ORDER LIKE IF IT WAS HER MISTAKE WHEN THIS COMPANY SENT IT HOURS AWAY TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. THEY WONT SEEM TO ACCEPT THAT WE AREN'T GIVING THEM A CENT. IF THEY COULD GET 0 STARS THEY SURE DESERVE THEM FOR SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I placed an order as a gift and they the person receiving it is already getting it on her own so I canceled my order the same day. 12.17.17 and of yet I have not received my refund of $249.95 sent the request to BBB on 01.05.18 hoping for a full refund

Really bad Customer Service. Originally when I place my 1st order of Regenex and because of the Bad Services April/2017 I told the Assistant Manager Oscar Phel not to send the 3 bottles, but they send to me anyway. I return the Products I receive, and the Company charged me $190.00 any way. As of today, 8/11/2017 they still charge my credit Cart for $190.00. The lady who sold me the Regenex told me why I return the 3 bottles and she agreed, because the Bad Customer Service. During this for Months I received more than 25 calls from this company. I also call the following employees at 786-345-0379, Called Maria Perdomo, Miguel Sencio, Wilson Cabrera, Juirlay, Jeoconda Herrera, Miguel, Antonio Ortiz, Sra Paola Velliar, Oscar Phell, Additionally I called twice (7/1/2017 and 7//11/2017) the President Ms. Leslie Moto, but her voice main was full. They never called back My Credit Card Company to inform that I did return the bottles. My next step should be to try Small Claim court for damages and the hard time that the Company gave me during these months.
This company is a complete SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!! I bought rejenex pills appearantly to help your páncreas but they actually blocked my prescribed medication and made me very sick. I returned the product with the 14 day grace period they appearantly give you to return the product. I paid 360 dollars and they stole 65 dollars for an open bottle THAT THEY GOT BACK and Took 72 dollars appearantly to ship the product which is complete bs because it cost me 7 dollars to return it back to them. It's been about 2 MONTHS that I have been battling them to get my money back and every time I call they're super rude and appearantly nobody speaks English there. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND LET THEM CONTINUE SCAMING PEOPLE! THEY ARE THEIVES WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SICK AND HUMBLE PEOPLE. THEY ALSO HAVE AN "F" in the better business bureau meaning they always give problems to their customers. If we get enough people to speak out we can get this company investigated and shut down!
This company is a scam. They serve only their own purpose. My mother let their ad convince her about the bee treatment for her arthritis, but it serves absolutely no purpose. It had no effect whatsoever. But the worst part is their customer service. We were going to leave it at that, but they keep insisting on calling after we have said more than ten times to remove us from their list. They want to push their products at all cost. After we said the treatment didn't work, they suggested we needed an additional cream. We just didn't want anything to do with it, but they haven't stopped calling. Don't call them. Don't let them have your data or they will keep torturing you with no end.

Very good company! Very good customer service. Once you place your order they are ready to assist you though out the shipping time. They also call you once in a while to check how the treatment is going.
I've been to this store twice, and both times had the misfortune of dealing with the same manager. The first time, I walked in and asked for his help finding a specific supplement. He had no idea, kept walking away and doing other things and saying he would help me in a minute, then proceed to help another person. After 30 minutes of waiting for him and searching the store on my own, I walked out, frustrated with the useless manager. The second time, I reluctantly went in because I knew exactly what I needed and wouldn't need his assistance. Well, I grabbed what I needed and went to the register. When he rang up my item, it rang up at 4 dollars more than the price listed on the shelf. I pointed out the discrepancy and he went to the shelf and saw that all of that product was on a shelf labeled at $23. He then proceeds to remove that price sticker and say that "someone" had misplaced the item on that shelf. I said, "Well, I didn't... so I think you should honor the price that was posted." Needless to say, he refused to honor the price, even though it was a store error in shelving the item in the wrong place. He was so rude about the whole thing, too. He lost a lot more than $4.... he lost a patron for life. Luckily, I frequent another Vitamin Shoppe with excellent management. Don't waste your time at this store.
