I was looking for a plant nursery in miami on krome avenue .el chino was open all i have to say is wow a lot of plants so if your looking for Nurseries-Plants & Trees just stop by el chino it just may be the best Garden Centers by what rigo was telling me they are a Nursery-Wholesale & Growers thats sells to the public
We purchased from them this Sunday our first Bonsai tree. I have to say that they provide the best customer service that I have ever experienced from a nursery. As soon as we got their the owner greeted us at the entrance he was so attentive, informative and had such a beautiful variety of Bonsai Trees. He helped us pick the right Bonsai for us as beginners and budget and never once rushed us into buying anything. They truly deserve much more than 5 stars, they have gained a loyal customer for years to come, might I also add that they are really family friendly he was so kind to our kids.
This is a great place to buy your plants, trees and landscaping. Great selection and very good service. Close to home makes it better.
I'm a landscaper and I used to shop at this place, everyone is very polite and kind. Except for this 2 women, Carmen Ortiz and Kathy B. They're rude. I stopped going and I have to say this, sometimes I need plants from here, but now Berneckers is my LAST OPTION. Bad for them...
WHAT A SELECTION! I was looking for some certain Palms and fell in love with everything they had! They had staff that helped educate me on plants and tell me what's good for some sun, no sun, etc. What an experience! If you need plants... this is the place!
Great Job! Great work ethics, on time, helpful and knowledgeable, help us out in saving money by coaching us on the different trees in my garden. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you Davie
I am sorry for your experience Barbara D, I live in central Missouri and went there to visit my mom and I visited Santa Barbara because I wanted to buy some plants for her and we had a wonderful experience, even though some of their staff team doesn't speak a perfect English, they do their best to make you feel important. I do understand that there are some people that doesn't take good care of the plants and it doesn't mean they had a disease nor poor quality. Again, I am sorry for your experience but every time I go down to visit my mom in Florida and if she is needing some plants, I won't hesitate to buy at Santa Barbara.Clara Hesse
Santa Barbara diseased plants, has a substandard return policy and they have poor customer service skills. Buyer Beware!
These guys were AMAZING! I thought I knew what I wanted to plant in my yard and they completely educated me on everything! I was blown away! Their prices were waaay better than anyone else and best thing... they came on time! Follow up customer service was excellent as well! I would highly recommend hem to anyone needing help on landscape design!
I have been shopping at Galloway Farm Nursery for 30 years and the owners, Jim & Pat, have the best customer service I've ever seen at any Dade County plant nursery. Unlike Home Depot and other faceless local nurseries, Jim and Pat will replace dead plants when it is warranted and they even do house calls. These negative reviewers below must be confusing Galloway Farm with Jackie Parker Sod which is/was located next door. Jackie Parker had one of the worst reputations in Miami.
