Hola compre en la Kendall Toyota un rav 4 del 2017 y en menos de 1 año y medio ya he tenido que cambiar una goma los frenos el filtro del aire y casi todo lo he tenido que pagar porque según ellos no me cubre la garantía , ayer el carro me dejó tirado en la calle porque no arranco tuve que llamar a la grúa me le dieron corriente a la batería y arranco hoy no puedo arrancarlo no puedo ni llevarlo al taller o sea ando desesperado un carro nuevo pago letra y los arreglos para eso compro un carro viejo y por lo menos no pago letra engañan a uno como un niño

EL Sr Marvin Madueno me debe $1800.... fui estafada, le entergue un carro, me daba otro peor, me dio un cheque que no tenia fondos, me daba un carro cada vez era peor y a la final no me entrego el dinero, a pesar que le conte que vivia sola con mi hija y frente de mi y de su esposa no me quicieron entregar el dinero cuando el comprador lo pago. Le conte los motivos de salud que tenia y aun asi agarro mi dinero, llame igual a la policia de doral y no hicieron nada, llame al servicio al consumidor y tampoco. LLame a su socio y tampoco me quiso pagar.
Very courteous. I called Tony at 9:30 pm on a Sunday night, and he answered right away. We had a brief discussion that was very positive. The next morning, he sent me the link to the credit application. I filled it out & he called me within minutes telling me to come pick out a car! I came to his location at 1pm. I drove away happy at 4pm. Charlie was also very attentive to my needs & requests. I needed a car that day, and they provided. Highly recommended. Thanks again!
We Bought a 2010 Mini Cooper S convertible from the Auto Garage and regret it 100%. They claimed it was in great shaped & fully serviced, Instead we are now stuck spending thousands of dollars on a car that we have only owned for 3 weeks and the cars issues are far from over. In the first 2 weeks we had to replace the Valve cover, Thermostat assembly, intake manifold, water pipe, temperature sensors & spark plugs. This is all we could afford and will need to save to replace the failing transmission & list of other issues. We have a convertible that is wet & smells sour due to the leaking convertible top which was "fixed" by them before closing. We have the upcoming rainy season to look forward to, Thanks guys. The Auto Garage lures you in with a great purchase price listed on CarGurus which then increases once their service fee is added at the garage. Their cars are bought in Auctions & then "fixed". Make sure you take any car from The Auto Garage to get inspected elsewhere before purchasing.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Walked around the lot, no one came out. Walked in to grab someone, nobody wanted to come out. We walked outside, he trailed behind me I had to wait for him. He stared at me and said “so what’s up”. Are you kidding me? Then he asked my budget, I gave him my low number, he then said come with me I’ll give you my card, walked me into his office, threw me to another guy and screamed $7 thousand are you crazy? making fun of my budget. What an absolute terrible employee. I will absolutely be posting this terrible experience on every comment place possible.
I purchased four performance tires from this Midas location. The installation took more than 2 hours after being told it would only take one hour. They apparently had problems removing my old tires from wheels. When they completed the install the right rear passenger tire was installed backwards and wheels covered in some type of black substance. They also damaged the front tire air pressure sensor and that took another visit and two hours of waiting. The car only had 4400 miles with dark painted wheels. When I inspected the car in the sun I noticed numerous scratches all over the wheels that were not present when I brought car in. When I brought this up to Manny the manager he denied that they did any of the damage which included scratches from the tire install machine and damage inside wheel spokes from pry bar. He did install the tire original installed backwards but nothing else. The quote they gave me showed the option for tire hazard warranty. I asked about it and was told it was not offered on the tires I was purchasing, but on the final invoice it shows that I declined this option. I found the overall service unprofessional and incompetent. I tried calling the corporate Midas office and spoke with someone who told me I would get a return call and she gave me a case number. I called Midas corporate again and was told my case would be escalated and a manager would call me back, never happened So much for the Midas Touch.....their policy of "We are a company on the move, motivated by the values that have made us a success: trust, service, reliability and the famous "customer first" commitment that built the Midas brand" is sadly not practiced at the NE 2nd Ave location or the corporate offices. Avoid them and find a competent company to give you money to.
