My search for a new car started several weeks ago. After taking a firsthand look at several crossover vehicles and researching important factors like mileage and safety ratings, my wife and I decided to go with the Mazda CX-5 Touring. The next step was the daunting task of visiting dealerships and negotiating. Just the thought of visiting different dealerships turned us off since a visit to any showroom usually consists of high pressure sales and bait and switch tactics. So we decided to try a different approach and we used an online tool to requests quotes from several local Mazda dealerships. Robert Kesser from Lehman Mazda was the first person to contact me via phone and email. Throughout the process, Rob was by far the most responsive salesperson. He answered all of my questions in a very professional, patient and courteous manner. I never felt any pressure and he never played any games. In an industry full of overly aggressive salesman looking out only for their pockets, Robert's honest approach was absolutely refreshing. He was always more than willing to negotiate in our favor and kept pushing to drop our price. The more I interacted with him, the more I realized that he wasn't just another car salesman. All in all, we worked with about 6 or 7 dealers throughout South Florida and Lehman Mazda kept coming back with very competitive prices. But what really sold us was their top notch customer service. Keep in mind that when you're buying a new car, you're also "buying" into a new partnership. Having said that, we're very happy and incredibly satisfied that we bought from Lehman. I also need to thank Al Silva. In Rob's absence, he stepped in right away to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Again, no games, no pressure, no confusing salesman speak. Al is a straight-up guy that is out to change the mindset at car dealerships. He's doing an amazing job. Lastly, thanks to Raul Rovira. The dealership was closed for the day and he stayed over one hour later to calmly review some of the features and cool gadgets of our new vehicle. That's the kind of service that made buying at Lehman Mazda the best car purchasing decision we ever made. If you're looking for a Mazda, save yourself the trouble and go straight to Lehman. Ask for Rob Kesser or Al Silva and I promise that you won't be disappointed! We absolutely love our CX5!
Service and product knowledge was really lacking, My car was under original Mercedes Benz basic warranty of 4 years or 50,000 miles, i have a 2008 c350 with 42000 miles. I went to the dealer because the rear right signal light and front light were out, first when i got there i was assisted by Fernando a sales adviser, first thing he told me when he checked the car was &quot; the lights you have are after market and as so are not covered under the warranty&quot; i said these lights come original with the p2 package , they are bi xenon lights so everything should be covered. He insisted saying no, and that he was going to double check with the technician. He told me that it was best to leave and come back the next day, mind that i had to leave work to do this and all this time a full day! to check if i was covered or not, unbelievable!!. He then calls me that same day at night around 7:20pm and tells me &quot; as i previously said , the warranty is not going to cover it, so he sent me an estimate for the repairs of $ 875.00 dollars! I told him Fernando this is ridiculous , you are charging me almost a thousand dollars to change some light bulbs that as a matter of fact should be covered under warranty. Well we went back and forth discussing it, and since he wasn't doing anything to help me, I told him OK never mind i cant pay 875.00 dollars right now for some light bulbs that cost 20 bucks a piece, you guys are ridiculous please let me just get my car and ill get a second opinion somewhere else, and to my biggest surprise when i went the next day to get the car, they charged me a &quot; cover fee &quot; of 117.00 dollars just for pretty much telling me the estimate, since no work at all was done to the car. and which by the way he never mentioned a word about cover charges or estimate charges. This is the second Mercedes I've owned , and i love the car, however this issue has greatly disappointed me , i expect nothing but the best from a company such as Mercedes, otherwise i would've bought a Toyota or a Kia. I will definitely post this review in the web and to all Mercedes Benz review web sites, so other people are aware of how they do business in the Coral Gables service center. I am not a person to write good reviews, if I write a review normally is negative. But in this case I have to admit that I was motivated to write a positive review for South Motors Mazda. Since I had read so many bad reviews my wife and I went to the showroom just to check the car we wanted and to test drive, as we have done in other dealers. To our pleasant surprise Michelt Dominguez was the car sales available showed us the car with no push sales attitude, he listened to our expectations and with a down to earth approach we sat down to look at the options. Another difference with pior experience, there was no back and forth with a manager sitting in a dark room far away from the sales office. Immediately that we showed interest the manger Franly Machado introduced himself and explained the process, that there was not going to be a back and forth but he needed to review the numbers that we were requesting and he was going to do his best in the first try. NO WAYTING 10 HOURS. A few min later Michelt came with the offer, we liked and we closed. It was by far the best new or used car buying experience in my 20 years of experience. I recommend South Motor Honda specially the Michelt Dominguez and Franly Machado…. And at the end the Finance person was very efficient to finish all the paperwork explained everything and got us ready to receive the our new Mazda CX-9.
WOW!!! I am delighted to comment on this dealership. I rarely write reviews, but the experience I had here was so positive that I have to write about it! I am divorced, went through a bankruptcy and my credit was destroyed! I visited from all the largest dealerships in Miami to all the small ones, and everyone told me the same thing: No thankyou...However, here, I saw a vehicle on line and went to the dealership for a pre-approval; I expected the same answers that I had received in all other dealerships, but to my GREAT SURPRISE, I was told I would be able to be approved and they gave me a list of cars for me to choose from. These people do it the right way! They actually asked from the beginning what my budget was and they worked with my budget from beginning to end, guiding me and suggesting the pros and cons of all the vehicles they showed me..I could not believe it! I saw the vehicles and chose a VW passat which looked NEW! Drove it and LOVED it!!! The saleman was great too. I returned and I was given the numbers which were right at what I had told the salesman I could afford!!! Got up and WRANG the BELL!!!! ...My only regret is I did not come here first! I recommend this dealer in a heart beat!!! 100% TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH MY 2012 VW PASSAT!!! THNX GUYS!
I rarely like to write any reviews, and this is probably about my third review ever. But my experience with carfactory was very pleasing. I went through a very nasty divorce and ofcourse, my credit was in shambles. I was in need of a car because of course, my wife took my car as part of the settlement. I went to carfactory and was greeted by a salesman by the name of Molina. This representative was extraordinary polite and PATIENT through this process which was not as torturing as I had imagined. He sat with me and asked me what I was looking for, my down payment and my monthly payments, and type of vehicle...He proceeded to bring me a list of vehicles that kept me within my budget. Cannot get easier than this! I saw several cars and settled on a 2013 Altima with a new beautiful body style. I had owned a previous Altima so I know how reliable they are. I test drove the vehicle and fell in LOVE with it! We returned from the test drive and we proceeded to see the numbers which were right at what I had stated. I recommend carfactory and especially Mr. Molina for such Great attention and service. I will return...thnx, John
I just completed the purchase of an excellent used BMW from Florida Cars USA. This place is amazing! Roman was just outstanding to work with and the process was as painless as it could possibly be. There was no high-pressure and great customer attention. The selection is mostly nice, older cars in above average condition with very competitive pricing. They also sell cars on consignment and handle everything from compacts to European as well as American classics and trucks. This is a very nice facility - It was just spotlessly clean and showed a real pride of ownership. I had heard about Florida Cars USA from someone at lunch one day and when I looked them up I found all of the positive reviews so I had to stop by. I got there a little early on a Saturday, but Roman was early and opened up for us so we come inside and look around. I just can't get over what a positive experience this was. I went in expecting not too much but came away so impressed. This is the place I would send my friends and family. And I do love my BMW 328i!!!
I have worked with Julio Nunez at Real Property Management for over five years and they have been nothing less than GREAT! I had really bad experiences with other companies in Miami and then found Julio. He has been very professional with all of our dealings, has always been prompt with any problems at the rental property and immediately responds to questions with renters. Julio always goes the extra mile when I ask him about the rental market, my unit or any other concerns. He even completed a market assessment when asked. At one point my unit was leaking into another unit below and Julio immediately notified me, had an explanation and gave me choices to solve the problem. Everything was very easy in this emergency and Julio made us feel at ease. He also passes on any information he gets from our tenant and the association and follows up with a solution. Over the years, it has been a pleasure working with Real Property and we have had no complaints.
My family and I are surprisingly impressed how impossible it was to look for honest and reliable housekeepers. Moreover, not just regular cleaners following their rules, but keepers who do laundry, dishes, organizing, folding - generaly speaking all the house work! And period. From top to the bottom my mom's home was completely I would say (renovated) changed. She is very mesy woman which is normal for her busy lifestyle. After, miracle happened. She did not recognize her office room and bedroom. Yes, it took whole day for the hard workers to clean up/organize/fold all mess, but it worth it if you didn't keep the place clean for a months. I realized it worth to pay one time good (very affordable for that neat work) than deal several times with irresponsible services. Now my mom can't wait them to come every 2weeks and keep it nice n neat! Thank you my savers! Now, see you in my home after Holidays!
During a recent visit to Williamson Cadillac I had the very good fortune of acquiring a rental vehicle through an Enterprise employee, Michelle. She was so very different from other Enterprise employees I have met in the past. I asked her why I had never encountered her before. She said she was recently transferred to Williamson from MIA. My thought was how lucky can Williamson get! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, yet confident, and efficient. I need to rent a vehicle for a trip out-of-state...the first person I thought of for information was, of course, Michelle. It took me nearly a week to reach her, however, it was worth the wait. Again, she demonstrated exactly what I had anticipated...knowledge, experience, courtesy, friendliness, and efficiency. My appreciation and best wishes to you that your company will continue to be blessed by more than one "Michelle".
