1. I must say I never thought I was the type to search for a company and give them a review as I am just too lazy to do that kinda thing lol. But Real Movers took their customer service to a whole other level. I called them up, after searching around for the best prices, because I needed help moving as it was just me and my wife and all my friends were busy that weekend, legitimately haha. I lived outside of the Miami area and was moving further north to Altamonte Springs, big move but felt like it was nothing. It was raining super hard on the day of the big move and thought they were gonna cancel on us because it was pouring like crazy. Yet they showed up all smiles and hauled butts to get everything wrapped up and loaded into the truck. The move was a little bit longer than was estimaed but that was because of the rain, yet they managed to get it finished on time. That was very impressive in my book because the longer it takes the more they get paid but they unwrapped and unpacked quickly and got us set up in no time. My biggest fear during that time was having someone trying to rush and damage something but they were just as careful as they were quick. I highly recommend calling them if you need service in the surrounding area. You won't be disappointed.
I wanted to take a moment to write you and tell you about my outstanding moving experience using Real Movers Moving and Storage. I accepted a position at manager earlier this year and had to relocate from Raleigh, NC. And every interaction that I have had with your employees have been a very positive ones. Toby, my moving coordinator, was very professional and friendly and let me know what to expect the day of my house packing and the move. When the crew leader Hans came to my house to evaluate how much I had to move he was very friendly and professional as well we went over the contract in detail! Answered my questions and I now feel like I know everything from A to Z about moving lol. The day of packing up my house the loading crew Luke, Joe, Gorge and Hans moved with swift proficiency. They handled all of my items with care which I really appreciated. Moving can be stressful for them too and I was very impressed with how kind they were to my china case. The day of loading the crew showed up on time, loaded up my house in a matter of hours and were on their way. Delivery was in two days and I'm impressed all my glassware is unbroken very good!
I was recently tasked with finding an affordable moving company to help us relocate our small office from one side of Miami to the other. It wasn't a long distance kind of move, but nevertheless, we wanted the best service for the best price. Wasn't crazy amount of things in the office that we needed a huge mover but we needed great service due to the nice glass-topped furniture including a huge conference table. We called them up and they came and gave us an estimate and spoke about what they think is best the route in the move. On the day of our move, 2 guys arrived which I thought wouldn't be enough but they worked so smoothly and fast that it eve seemed like they sent one too many. These guys impressed us, they pulled down and wrapped up the office equipment and moved the conference table without damaging anything. That was an incredible feat, considering it's size and weight. What topped it off was the incredibly affordable rate they gave us. We will absolutely use Real Moving Movers again, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of move.
I just moved across town in Miami and the crew from Real Moving Movers were amazing! If it were up to me I'd probably blab about them for a couple of paragraphs. From pack up to completely moved in was within a day. When I called to set up the appointment it was pretty easy and the guy spoke to me about how I could "prepare" for them coming if it was possible, A three man team was sent as it was just a small 2 bedroom apartment. They got here a little early as the traffic was lighter than normal but I didn't mind since I was already waiting on them. The guys greeted me and my girlfriend with a smile and after the formal introductions went straight to wrapping up my furniture and fragile items, and moved me with no damage, no drama, and no issues at all. The guys were friendly, polite, and made me completely comfortable; they are pros and it shows. They even assembled my furniture so I can sleep in my new home immediately, so that was one less thing to worry about. Thanks for a speedy and great move.
Myself and my family just relocated to North Miami Beach,FL due to work .I myself am so busy during the work week that was virtually impossible to pack and my wife is two busy with our little ones so we decided to hire a company completely pack my home and delivery me down to my new residence. I chose White Glove because of their strategy in how to tackle this process. They came the day before the move and comletely packed up our entire home leaving the beds, the crib and the neccesties to run a household. The next day they came in and were prepared to and pack the remaining items. From the start the process went off without a hitch and as planned. MOST importantly my children and wife were not disrupted making my life easier and well worth every penny spent. These guys from Real Moving Movers and Storage were great! They were the definition of hard workers, they were quick, competent you could basically call them bumble bees. The staff at the main office understood my needs and decided that it would be in my best interest to do the estimate with an actual person coming out. This actually worked to my advantage as the quote they gave would be a bit higher as I didn't plan on prepacking or moving anything myself. We decided with my help and the things I were gonna pack and or move myself a 2 man team with one truck would be best, it was a 2 bedroom apartment but not a whole lot of stuff. The move took quicker than estimated, resulting in a lesser total yay me. I guess all my prepacking and moving the little things myself actually helped. Tip #1 hire these guys you won't be disappointed. Tip #2 prepack it will save you money and the guys actually appreciate it.
All of our things were delivered to us on time. I can't say enough about how well things went from start to finish. The head mover so very nice and professional, as were all the people I worked with at Interstates Vanlines. Actually, I consider it an honor to be your biggest cheerleader on a reference for others. Obviously, I have never done anything like this before. Besides the absolute professionalism your company showed from beginning to end, you were so polite while putting up with me. I know I am a detailed oriented person that requires full understanding of what I am involved with. You guys did well with this difficult old man. Thank you. I called them up to get an estimate and a nice gentleman, by my husband's account, came by the house to give us an estimate for the move. It was reasonable well within what we were hoping to spend so we went with them. And it worked out as by the end our total cost came in several hundred under the quote given. My husband got a call the day before to state that a driver would be calling us on the day so we know when to expect them. A crew of 3 showed up about 30 minutes early, which was fine by us as they had called, and got straight to work after introducing themselves. It was a 2 bed/ 1 bath with basement and shed storage move and it was professionally done within 6 hours. They were gentle with the furniture, and to top it off they assembled everything even the ones they didn't take apart. I would absolutely hire this moving company again if somehow we should move again.
I had been so depressed that I had to leave my hometown and nothing was going right for us. It seemed like the world was crashing down on me. If a company isn't an AMSA member, that doesn't mean it isn't reputable, but an AMSA membership is a clear indication of legitimacy.
