My Mom passed and had to move my Dad up north. Robert told me a bunch of lies just to get my money. He gave a price of 2900 which ended up being 5400. Also was told that my Dads things would be in a separate truck. That didn't happen. After the initial payment was taken, I had questions and not one of my phone calls was returned. The packers did not pack everything. Things were left. We were told they did not have enough room. I would never hire or recommend this company to anyone.
They were incredibly efficient and proficient, taking great care with all of my furniture and belongings. They made the entire thing so much easier than I expected it would have been. Everything was carefully protected and loaded neatly in the truck. The prices were incredibly fair especially for the type of service I got. I would definitely recommend Real Moving Movers and Storage.
I moved with Real Moving Movers and Storage last week. Three cheers to them! They were easily able to fit me into their schedule on the day I wanted, and they were also very flexible and understanding when I had to change the day because my building's elevators were already booked and when I asked them to pick up an additional piece of furniture at a friend's apartment. When they arrived, the parking spots that I had reserved were taken by inconsiderate people (glad I’m moving away). So they calmly waited while I contacted the apartment manager about possibly blocking a few spots since they were at work. They didn't charge me for this time which was very considerate of them. Omar and Kevin were very friendly, super and super helpful. Thanks guys!

This is my first review ever but after that experience I felt like I had to write this one review because of how amazing my experience was! Alex, Mark, and Jorge just finished moving things from my apt, picked up furniture from another apt and unloaded it at the final apt all within such a short period of time!! I could not believe how fast they were and efficient. They were all so nice, funny, respectful and very professional! I am truly impressed! I would only recommend using these guys! Hands down the best!!
Please please please I repeat. DO NOT USE THESE SERVICE. These guys are fraud. They quoted me for a medium size bed, sofa, tv, and 3 boxes and a small table with 4 chairs. They packed everything. They put on the truck without telling me that the price will increase. I signed everything. At the end of the packing and they have everything on the truck. The guy took the paper on the table that i already signed and said there is an increase and quickly wrote the rest of the estimation. Mind you, i was quoted for these for 1062 dollars. The guy increased it to 1990 dollars. When i told him that wait a minute this is wrong. Why wouldn't you tell me that if you i go over the limit which i think is a lie. It will increase the rate. He went downstair and told me please call management. I went upstairs to call management and they quickly left. Now they are calling me and want me to pay 1990 dollars for my stuff or they are not delivering it or they will throw my stuff in the garbage. They want to charge me 200 dollars an hr to pay for their movers to remove a small office table that i purchase for 60 dollars. so they can make the space. They gave me 3 option. 1 option they can keep my deposit of 650 dollars and throw my stuff in the garbage. 2) I can pay them 200 dollar an hr for them to make space and throw most of my stuff in the garbage which i think they are completely lying, and i don't have much of that space taken for real. 3) they will keep my stuff in a storage and for me to make payment until all my payment is completed and they can deliver my stuff ( they will also charge me for storage space). Beware beware. Very unprofessional. They said i am lying the guy told me that the space will increase. I have never seen a company that call their customers a liar. What Got me is that by the time i walked outside they left with my stuff. How can you leave and run with my stuff so you can discuss with me to charge me later. This is wrong very wrong. I will call you guys to court. I will contact the police. Even thought they charge me that much. I even am willing to pay 1400 to get my stuff. Not to pay 1400 for you to throw my stuff away. They are wrong and very wrong. I am upset and frustrating. They were very nice at first but i have never ever seen anything like this in my life.
Unable to put entire story on here due to number of character issues allowed, please do not use this company, it is bait and switch, raises prices once stuff is loaded and hold it hostage until you pay what they say. 14 day delivery window, not 3-7 as promised by multiple people, items arrived damaged, broken, water damage, missing entirely, wrapped furniture but still managed to break it. wont answer phone calls, has caller ID so doesn't have to! AWEFUL customer service, lies, lies, lies. Reporting to mult entities due to them not even attempting to resolve my issues or find my items.

These movers (Hans and Mark) were amazing. Took great care of everything and worked regardless of it having a light drizzle outside. I had already ensured that everything was packed in boxes and wrapped but due to the rain they re-wrapped a few of the electronics to prevent water damage. They even TOOK unwanted furniture from the house I bought to donate to a church. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done guys.
I hired Real Moving Movers and Storage for a local move in Miami. Gotta say from the initial phone call when they explained the pricing to the final day of the move everything went according to plan. We did the packing and moving of a lot of the smaller items, which I advise you to do will always be in your best interest for cheaper rates, but hired real moving movers to do the furniture and heavy lifting. Our moving crew of Michael, Hans and Jordan were fantastic. They even managed to get a large oversized sofa, through openings I didn't think was possible. They were polite, worked quickly and never complained. We have moved numerous times and this group was one of the best we have dealt with. I would definitely use Real Moving Movers and Storage again!
