Unfortunately, the management tonight was TERRIBLE! Extremely rude and disrespectful. We have a team that has placed multiple orders (about $50-$90 each time) for delivery to the hospital down the street. While the prices are higher than the regular chains, the food has been reasonably good. We called to place our order as usual, but this time the price for one of the plates was higher than the menu online. This plate has been ordered multiple times (Lobster Ravioli) and this was the first time this was an issue. Called this establishment to speak to someone about the discrepancy. The initial person explained the price online is incorrect, he said maybe that's the price if you order online and he couldn't do anything. Adelia (manager, or posing to be a manager) comes to phone and says there's nothing she can do. So we decide to cancel the phone order and order online. She says once the order comes in, she'll charge us the increase anyway. As a result, we cancelled our order in fear of repercussion on being disrespectful or unhygienic with our food. We called back to get the correct spelling of the manager's name and a young man answered, put us on hold and came back to the phone laughing and said we can't have it; she refused. So I ask for the owner's name and young man puts me on hold once again; comes back to the phone laughing harder and says "The owner says if you want his name you have to come over here for him too." and then the employee hung up on me. I called another store in the chain to ask for the owner's name of that location and was told the owner for the Palmetto Bay location was Alex P*** and Tommy (last name unknown). I asked this employee if the owner regularly works on a Saturday night, he said he was unsure. Hopefully, for their business sake, he doesn't and did not actually say that to a valuable team from the community.
great pizza place, steves pizza is a nice restaurant the pizzas are well cooked nice ingredients everything is perfect too much or less of something , they have toppings on pizza that i never even heard of before i really cant accept the fact that their pizza is better than most of the local pizza store like Dominos, Little Ceasers, Pizza Hut, and Papa Johns. Nice Steve keep it up
We ordered from the Steve's in Palmetto Bay and I have to say we were very disappointed. First when I called to place my order the kid was laughing and not very professional. When we went to pick it up almost every staff member was coughing and sneezing. When we got food home everything was packed in bag upside so dripped everywhere. We ordered 3 dinners. They were covered with way to much cheese and just didn't look or taste fresh! The only thing good were the garlic rolls. I will never order from there again and what a waste of $40.00!!!!
The pizza is great. Doesn't make up for all the other problems. Outrageous wait times, outrageous prices, rude and arrogant staff that have an attitude that they are doing you a favor by letting you be their paying customer. I refuse to go there anymore. Mario's is just as good and they don't treat you like garbage or make you wait forever and charge reasonable prices.

If you had asked me about this place years ago I would have told you hands down best pizza best price. However today is a new day. They seem to be experiencing difficulty keeping staff. Which usually translates into problems. The past few months every time I order a pizza(weekly) they mess up a, what would seem simple, order. The guy who makes pizza does not know his place. And is extremely offensive when he should know how to cook a proper pizza. That is his position there. What makes it worse is the owner does nothing to correct the situation. If you must eat steve's order from either West or North locations. They both continue to offer amazing pizza. However the south location leaves much to be desired, like, good pizza.
My husband and I LOVE Steve's Pizza in Cutler Bay. We order from there at least once every 2 weeks. We can always count on our order to be fresh, fast and delicious. Their salad dressing is the best I have ever tasted and I always buy an extra bottle to use on my salads at home. And don't forget the garlic rolls...YUMMY:)
My mother use to work here when I was a child back then it was the best pizza in town. We still eat there from time to time now the food is ok at best and way to greasy but mainly the service no ones friendly no hellos or thank you its like they don't even appreciate your business there one time I ordered delivery and they brought me the wrong thing so I called them and they said there was nothing they could do ! Their motto is definitely not the customer is always right . I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to be treated properly and with respect as a consumer.
I'm sorry to here this and would like to make it right. I can't imagine that the staff told you there was nothing we could do to make your order right. As far as the thankyou and smiles we are working on that. Ask for Tom or call my cell.305-342-0770 and ii'll be glad to help you out.
This pizza is the best pizza i ever had. they make the ingredients just right. They have the best tomato sauce. This place feels like family. You can come in and take out and is a great place for birthday partys or any type of special event. There customer service is excellent.
This is the best pizza i've ever had. The sauce is just right. THey have great gyros and home made jumbo chicken wings. There is plenty of space to dine in or have a birthday party. They have four tv's for any sporting event. An italian beef sandwich is coming to the menu soon. I had food catered to my house and it was delicious.
The best part of pizza from steves is the sauce, i think they put sugar in it to make it sweet but its great. Watch out for some of their not so great toppings though, mushrooms come straight from the can
Our mushrooms are fresh cut everyday, we never use canned mushrooms so make sure you know what your talking about. you may come in and look for yourself. Thanks owner
Steve's is a Cutler Ridge Institution. I've been eating there for almost eighteen years, and the quality is consistently excellent. I am hooked on the pizza, but they also make many delicious italian dishes.
The garlic bread is yum, especially if you love fresh garlic and parlsey as it is quite rich and pungent. Their greek salad is also very tasty, with loads of fresh feta, red onions and pepperoncini for a nice kick.
You name it and it is delicious. Both eating in and when delivered the quality is outstanding. The atmosphere is worn and non-exciting but it is clean in an old strip center. We have been enjoying Steve's for over a year switching after 25 years from The Big Cheese in South Miami. If you like garlic rolls Steve's has the best in town. Try Steve's and enjoy.

Sick of that old cheap cardboard pizza found in south dade? Not afraid to spend some extra money found under the old couch for some real cheese! Not a cheapskate always purchasing on price! I strongly recommed you try steves located on south dixie highway. The owners are nothing to look at, but hell if your hungry you cannot beat the lunch specials. Once again come eat were the locals hag out. Good food and fun. Eat the 30"" pizza in 45 minutes and it's free, for you real cheapskates. You can't beat that.
