South Kendall Dermatology

If someone calls and says "hello, how are you?" please don't respond with what insurance do you have... Very rude ... Didn't even make it into the office and my experience with his staff was terrible. Desperately needs to hire someone with better people skills.

I would not recommend going to this dermatology clinic. The officer manger has No people skills and has a major attitude problem. She did not want to work with my situation, when it was the clinic fault that they did not explain things clearly to me. She did not seem to care that I was going to walk out upset and she was going to lose the business of 3 people, on something that would have been easy to fix. Please do not waste your time going here, it will save you time and money. I Do not know how the coral Gables clinic is I went to the 1 in Kendall.

Any Dermatologist has spent at least 8 years of training AFTER college to become board certified!



I am certain that if you took you cat or dog to the vet you would pay $100 to $200,,,but you complain because you have to pay $250 for YOUR health care!



Just maybe they were rude to you because your too cheap to get health insurance and then complained about a very reasonable price for a doctors visit.

BE ADVISED THIS OFFICE IS THE WORST THAT I HAVE HAVE EVER BEEN TO, MY SISTER, MOTHER, AND MY BEST FRIEND ALL HAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES!!!! THEY ARE WAYYYYYY TOOO EXPENSIVE I MEAN COME ON PEOPLE WE ARE IN A RECESSION!!!! OVER $500 FOR TWO APPOINTMENTS???? I DONT THINK SO. THEY DRAFT YOUR ACCOUNTS FOR MORE THAN THEY ARE SUPPOSED AND ON TOP OF THAT THEIR PATHETIC EXCUSE OF AN OFFICE MANAGER "ELLY" NEEDS TO LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, SHE IS RUDE AND INSULTING. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE REGRET AND DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE
