This is the second time that I have went to this place and I have experienced the same treatment. I am in a male African American. I do not speak Spanish. Took me every bit of a half hour or more to get waited on as everyone walked in front of me as the counter Personnel waited on them ignoring my presence. Their number system was not operational. I could not understand anything that was being said so as people walked up in front of me I was waiting on one of the counter Personnel to asking me if I needed any help but no one ever did. So getting tired of that I was already at the counter sitting on a stool being ignored completely, finally asking one counter personal can I be next I have been here quite a while, at that time another person walked in front of me speaking Spanish. As he waited on them he looked at me and told me I am sorry I will get you next. I agree they have good prices but they really need to pay a little bit more attention to their customers. I don't think I will ever go back there unless they are the only people to carry the product that I'm looking for. I am also in customer service very something similar to what they do but Electrical Supplies . I hope that one day one of those counter Personnel would show up to my place of business and I would have to wait on them then I could really show them how customer service is supposed to work.Mabie they could apply it to their counter and treat non Spanish speaking people are little better or at least fairon. I am not prejudiced I was in the Marine Corps and and I ate, showered and slept next to many different nationalities and we were all Brothers. But this place reminds me of people that only want to deal with their own kind. I hope and pray that that's not true maybe that will change in the future. I don't recommend this place to anyone that do not speak the Spanish language. I am so sorry but I try to always speak the truth.
