Aaron Suarez #2394 and Luis S. #3068 were amazing! Aaron quickly identified the problem of the corroded & clogged main drain leading into the septic tank and offered same day service to replace the old cast iron "Y" piece with a new PVC "Y" connector and to add 2 new washout outlets. The job was done swiftly & professional and all lines were pressure cleaned before connecting the new parts. I can highly recommend their services! Thank you guys!

Had a blockage in the drain line, so that waste water was backing up from the kitchen sink into the garage utility sink. I had never used Roto-Rooter before, and they were the 4th plumbing company I called. All plumbers were apparently very busy, and I got estimates of 1 to 5 days before they could come fix the problem.

Called Roto-Rooter, and Fabian (#2869) came to our rescue! He arrived within the hour of my call, and quickly took care of the problem! Thanks, Fabian.

Tech Fabian Puerto #2689 did a great job Clearing the clogged drain and explaining additional options and what is really needed to solve issue and not have a repeat problem. Will be having Roto-Rooter return do a hydro jet cleaning in the very near future. Would recommend them to anyone having a problem.
