worst costumer service ever th...

worst costumer service ever they disrespect me and my wife and tried to put a 15% tip on the ticket for only two persons that is illegal that is why they don't care about service and when i ask for the manager there was no manager and they laughed at us. never going back to one of then franchise.

I was here a few months ago wh...

I was here a few months ago when I found something unusual in my food. i kept it calm and just wanted to express my concerns with the manager. He took 30 minutes (no exxageration) to arrive at our table and was laughing away. He insulted me and my group and was very rude. I called corporate office and they transferred me somewhere else and I left a message since apparently this is a franchise and i never received a callback. I refuse to ever eat here again.
