They feed you BS. As an owner they messed up my maintenance fee TWICE and still charged me for late fees. There office is on top of a bank building with kids running around like it's a zoo. No one speaks or understand English. Worse property management firm, that's why my board switched to kw. I recently found out from my new Property Manager that they don't have a maintenance license! They are working without a license and contracting idiot board members for lots of money. Even in there website they lied and say they're "fully license". Don't believe me? Google Miami Dade contract search. Someone should report these theives.
Horrible experience !!! Purchasing a property in the community that this company is managing has been the absolutely worst experience in my life.I have submitted all requested documents according to the list they provide.It clearly says it can take up to 30 days for them to review the document.I was patently waiting on day 25 I called to get status.They said that it has only been 15 days and they have another two weeks to review.I have all ppw proving my application was submitted on a certain day.Come to find out they only filed my application a week later than it was submitted.Tried calling to talk to a manager or a superior and of course there is no one to talk to.two weeks later 45 days from submission I found out that they need additional on my application but when application was submitted the person on front desk that accepted clearly said its all completed.
They clearly have no idea what they doing and the sad part about it, customer service does not exist when they work directly with consumer they should be leading in that department.
This company with eight years of experience at least with license number 2630 they operate under should be reported more often to State.
Not only are their so called CAM personnel unqualified, lack professionalism, basically just do not give a damn. That goes as well for the " owners". As far as their maintenance and cleaning crews are personnel that do not speak any English, are loud, always on the phone, screaming across buildings, and to make matters worst, cursing to them is their native language.
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BUSINESS. For those 5STARs one reads on here,I must say it must have come from friends and family.

I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for RENOVATIONS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. I met the owners nearly a decade ago when I was purchasing my first apartment at The Villas of Fountainebleau . At the time I did not have any experience , and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Since I met them, I have used their expertise and services in management in another property that I own. I am so pleased with their efficiency and professionalism that I have recommended his services to my father and friends.
Currently I have seen many improvements throughout the property. I know my property is in good hands.
This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. Renovations Property Management is not interested in helping the customer, but making things more complicated for you and the members in your community. Whenever you ask them a question, they never have an answer.They never return any phone calls or emails. They are very rude and have no manners. They don't have any skills in dealing with the public. Employees are not knowledgeable and do not know how to access information. Do not select them as your management company. Believe me, you will regret it!!! Renovations Property Management need to renovate themselves first! They get zero stars from me!!!
Too bad i can not give this place less than one star. Their &amp;quot;service&amp;quot; is closer to a dictatorship than it is to any actual service. They make me feel like i am back living with my parents, but worse because i HAVE to pay them. I know that my community needs a lot of work, and that the previous association was lackluster at best, that being said, i have never heard of any association that makes you notify them if you have a guest staying with you for more than two weeks, or that will not grant visitor parking permits to the same car more than once in 48 hrs. So now if i want my boyfriend to spend the night i have to notify the association, and the security guard. And if i want my brother to stay in my place after we have been hanging out, and my boyfriend is already there, tough luck because i can only have ONE guest park inside my community. What happens if you park outside, you ask, well let me tell you that the every time i have parked outside i have had one or a combination of:

And i am not the only one, who has been in this situation.
When I went to claim my new parking decal, not only was the staff un-cooperative but the lady that was there LAUGHED in my face when i told her i lost my licence and was in the process of waiting for the new one, she said: &amp;quot;well, how DO you expect me to help you? you obviously are very disorganized.&amp;quot; I am currently looking for another apartment, ELSEWHERE where Renovations Property Management is not the association in charge.

I like this Company since they have made a huge difference in our community from the moment they Started to be our Management Company. The maintenance staff repaired and paint all the units and it's going to be a year and all units keep in good conditions, they made such a great work. The assistant manager that works in our condo is so helpful and always taking care of every resident need. Happy first year with us Renovations!
This company has a great costumer service, last week i called them because some clogged kitchen lines, and actually on the afternoon the maintenance team fixed the problem, my mom and I are very grateful with renovations PM. I hope they continue managing our condo for a long time.
I can't say more then "What a Great Company!!!" They always find the way to solve all of our Condominium problems or requests. Their Maintenance Team are efficient and work with quality. They have a great Website service and always have our Board informed. I really wish you the best because you're awesome guys, and keep the hard work.
This is one of the worse management companies operating in Miami. The application process is worse than dealing with any governmental agency. In addition, the receptionist puts you on hold without telling you. In a 5 mins phone conversation she place you on hold more than 30 times due to the fact that she is the only that you can speak to there. Nobody else is never available. I am really disappointed that management companies like Renovations Property management damage the reputation and push people to not purchase properties when HOA are present. The majority of the time people do not purchase condos or properties with Home owner association due to the management companies.
The residents have to go there in person to submit anything. only during their office hours and beg for help when we need help with any issue, like plumbing, electricity, water or AC units. They don't return anyone phone calls. If you have any emergency during their days AND HOURS AND weekends FORGET IT you will have a miserable life with out any help. No one at their office speaks english forget the maintenance people. I heard about retaliation also when people complain???? sooner or later these people will be catch THE WORST OF ALL IS THAT WE HAVE TO PAY THEM IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT. EMERGENCY RESPONSE??? FORGET IT YOU MUST BE UNDERWATER TO GET SOME HELP. IMPROVEMENTS?? WHERE?? JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE USING THE BRUM A LITTLE BIT MORE OFTEN???
