Worse door company in Miami- RCH Doors, Inc. (142nd SW 139th Court)The owner sold us a piece of crap door, a defective door that he was aware was defective because he was buying doors from a manufacturer in California which he claimed to have had problems with him in the past but chose to keep using him. After just 6 months of having our door, the door started to deteriorate - the door is loosing its color, expanding, cracking in different areas and all this after just 6 months. The worse part of this is that we were under the impression we were getting an impact door which in fact the owner, Roberto, deceitfully sold us a regular wood door, we did not find out that the doors were not impact until we did not have another door company come to evaluate it- we currently have a lawsuit against this company and it’s owner but I want to warn everyone of how unprofessional and vicious some people can be and the type of people that run these companies. We were also under the impression he was the manufacturer of the door until we found out later on, he was not. I have no idea how this guy is still in business..maybe because people do not research these companies and their owners as they should. This company had a low rating on Google in the past and after the lawsuit, I will bet that the owner started asking people to put reviews on him to boost up his score on google... probably all fake from family and friends. Be aware - pictures and statements do not lie.
