Amazing Management firm! Extremely knowledgeable and honest. Our community has never looked better..because of their excellent managing skills and truthfully allocating the association funds where they are suppose too. We were victims of fraud before, these gentlemen came in an made things right!

Thanks to Pazos and Robaina our property values have gone up. They have been managing our community for the last 2 years and its never looked this good! Everything is painted and manicured; you can tell for the first time that maintenance fees are being used for what they are supposed too. We have money in our account and our bills are up to date. Things are running smoothly thanks to them.

Its long overdue that I write a review for Pazos and Robaina. They have been managing my community for the last 5 years. Ever since they have been our managers we have had no issues, they are a transparent company who offers complete access online of your updated financials on a daily basis. They have nothing to hide and take their business very seriously!

We have been with Pazos & Robaina for the last year and they have really been amazing! We had fraud in our association and they came in and corrected everything. Our association has done a complete turnaround now that the monies are being used for what they are suppose too. They are so honest and knowledgeable!

My daughter and I heard Mr. Pazos on the radio one evening and we were sold. He was answering questions and was very informative. We immediately contacted his office the next day and made an appointment. I with the rest of the board members met with him and went ahead and contracted him as our manger. The best decision we ever made! We just renewed for another 3 years. They are very professional and honest.
