Very friendly and helpful staff .terrence the sales guy kept updating me on my application process while mike in the finance department got me into a new 2017 Yamaha ex deluxe with not so good credit . I definitely recommend Northmiami Motorsports to everyone . I most certainly will continue doing business with them in the future!!!!

this is the best dealership ive ever stepped foot into, everyone is very casual and extremely friendly...everytime i go i feel like im walking into my own house being helped by friends. unlike other dealerships that just try to sell there product, you can tell that here they believe in the words "customer service" and live by them. like someone else said, they love what they do and they enjoy doing so every day! reece and gaby are always their for me whenever i need help or need a part for my bike! sean and tara in the service department always has time to lend me his ear when i think something might be wrong and always gives me feedback. i dont think i will ever get tired of coming to the dealer! i love them as if they were my own family! five stars through and through.

If you havent been to this dealership you are MISSING OUT! I just brought my R1 for service and everyone is so friendly! They took care of me right off the bat. They also brought to my attention other issues I had no idea about! I couldnt believe how good I was treated...I mean, I have never been to a dealership who seemed to care so much about my wellbeing and safety. You can tell they love what they do! Soon as i walked in i was greeted with a smile and a name not a question, i traded in my kawi and left with the exact bike i wanted. I thought it was really cool i got to meet Parts and Service personal while i was buying my bike. Ill go again just to see Ashley, she gave me the best interest rate, compared to the other guys :( . Cant wait to buy my wife her bike............. .

I have never had such a GREAT experiance at a dealership in my life. I have owned 4 bikes, and have been in and out of most of the dealerships in South Florida. North Miami Yamaha and SeaDoo BY FAR treated me the BEST! I will never go to another dealership for parts, accessories, service, or to trade in my current bike. Besides their AWESOME customer service, they also service other makes besides Yamaha and Sea-doo. This is EXCITING for me, because I no longer have to go to the dealerships that treat me like I am just another number! The staff at Yamaha and SeaDoo treated me like Family. I know a lot of people that ride and I have told everyone I know! Thank you North Miami Yamaha and Sea-Doo staff for giving me such a great experiance!

I truly enjoy the excellent service I received at this company/location. Very nice showroom. The staff was very nice and helpful because they are educated in what product they are selling. I highly recomend North miami Yamaha & Sea Doo!!!!!!!!
