M Salon

This salon is a terrible. I had to book an appointment one MONTH in advance. Then two days before the appointment I was told I had to be rescheduled because the stylist had another engagement. The earliest they could fit me in was 2.5 weeks later!! I asked if they could try to squeeze me in or accommodate me somehow and was told that I could just not come in at all. As a fellow business owner I have to say this salon has the most HORRENDOUS customer service of any salon or spa I have ever attended. I would NEVER go here and I will advise everyone I can to steer clear. If M Salon cannot satisfy and accommodate its customers when it makes an error then there is a major problem with the business. M Salon needs to rethink the way they treat potential customers.
