We booked Al to pick us up in Miami and take us to the port for a cruise. Al arrived at the exact time requested. His beautiful Suburban fit all 6 of us and all of our luggage comfortably. We planned a family Cruise and contacted Downtown Limousine for transportation service from Miami International. I dealt with 'Al'; He was professional and courteous over the phone, took our flight info and asured me he would be there on our arrival. We flew into MIA and Al was prompt, professional and courteous. Downtown Limousine provided a very nice new Black Chevrolet Suburban LTZ (Non-Stretch) . Outstanding comfort and security. The pick up after the cruise was absolutely hassle-free. I am not a trusting soul, however, you can rest asured this is a professional driver that you can trust with your most precious cargo. I highly recommend Downtown Limousine. Simply put, I refuse to use any other car/limo service in the Miami area.
