Legends Performance Project is owned and operated by Samuel Stern, CSCS. Having been a certified strength and conditioning specialist since 2012, and an avid fitness coach since 2008, Sam is constantly striving to hone his craft in the field of health and wellness. The fitness industry is one where seemingly anyone can get a certification over the weekend and call themselves trainers. There are also people who think because they played one sport or were models of some sort that they understand human anatomy and physiology as well as kinesiology. This is the case with the majority of so called "trainers". If some of that has gotten past you, then just ask yourself one simple question. If you needed emergency surgery, would you go with the educated surgeon with countless hours of experience under their belt, or would you go with the one who got certified over the weekend and recycles some stuff they watched on youtube? Seriously? Imagine it! Im here to let you know that I am the fitness equivalent of the surgeon with hours and hours of experience under his belt. Ive worked with athletes from the NFL, MLB, and NBA, down to little elementary school kids just getting into sports. If you really want to experience a change in your performance, and your physique, then I am the man for the job.
