Don't go to this place!!! The owner has very bad business ethic and not sincere. He damaged my watch with wrong tool (the color came off on the side and harsh scratches on the side of my watch) while I came for a battery change. Also, the moisture went into my watch the second day after the battery changed (a lot of watch repair stores will inform you before hand or with a notice "water resistant would not work after a batter change). He denied that he damaged my watch with a cranky smile and ignorant attitude and insisted my watch is not a water resistant watch (it clearly printed on my watch "water resistant) and accused tht my new watch (I owned for a less than a year) is an old watch for more than ten years. He did NOT apologize and DENIED all the damages he did on my watch with an ignorant look on his face. If he cannot operate on a watch, then let the customers know. I told him NOT to do it to other customers..(you never know the watch can be a precious gift from someone special)

If you go to make a purchase you are welcome, once you've made your purchase, you are bothering they are not willing to help you fix or resized a ring or a chain if they do they will take a really long time. I personally will never do business with them again and never recommend anyone else to do so.
