This place has certainly gone to trash. The management and leasing people are ghetto and argue with residents using profane language. When a resident complains about the incessant noise (everyday), they advise you not to renew your lease, instead of doing something about it. The gym is ok, but lacks necessary gears to operate the machines. The elevators stink and filthy at times. The prop manager is dismissive. The rent used to be fairly good, considering it is an old building, but know its up with the rent of new buildings. They bring you in to sign a lease with a special one month off. They don't tell you that every year thereafter, they raise the rent $25 until the original price of the apartment. Their animal policy stinks $500 deposit, $250 non-refundable plus an additional $25 extra a month for pet rent. The leasing people say all the money is going to renovations (thats why the increase in rent), yet they call renovation new mica countertops and new tiling on each floor elevator landing. Its horrible. This management company stinks! Get them out, but don;t bring Continental they sick too!

The current management has allowed the place to completely fall apart while at the same time raising rent. Cars have been broken into and the management were obnoxious towards the residents who had been vandalized.
I waited for over a year to get a repair done after multiple requests. Too bad because the size of the apartments are great. Nothing like it, but not worth the headaches. The only thing you need to know is that in 2006 there was a waiting list to move into this place. Now there is no waiting list and they can't fill it. Do yourself a favor and look at the new building in Midtown and Downtown.

I wish that i had lived in the time that the owner was writing is synopsis, which was probably 10 years ago. I was promised ""hotel-like service"", blah blah blah. The service is just plain awful, the management people are RUDE, they truly nickle and dime you, to the point of where I think it s a scam. My appliances never work, my air conditioner always goes out. The hallways have dirty smelly carpet from 10 years ago. The beautiful ""lobby"" has really nice mildew stains in the carpet as you walk in and the elevators are seriously questionable. The area where they are is so dirty. Yes, you could say I move regret moving to Hamilton on the bay. If i could do it all over again I would have NEVER signed the lease here,
