(Had the most amazing evening with an old friend. Thanks to Facebook I'm back in touch with the best paella chef in Miami, chef Philippe Fiore!!! Without his amazing talents my gatherings and meetings at Mr. Julio Iglesias house wouldn't of been as successful as they were. From the awards ceremony to the Iglesias children's birthday party, Philippe made sure all was to standard. I recommend him highly.. I'm hoping to have the honor of having him do the catering for my daughter’s wedding. Thank you Felippe for the wonderful surprise dinner. Loved every bit!
