ERIC'S OUTBOARD MARINE SERVICE, BOAT SALES, SERVICE AND REPAIR MIAMI FL

I have always wanted to join the Contender family and in November of 2016 my wife and I decided to attend the Miami Boat show and finally order the boat we had wanted for so many years. It is there that we met with Eric Raistrick, owner of Eric’s Contender located at 8755 SW 129 St. in Miami Florida. Eric sat down with us and took the time to help us design the Boat of our dreams. We finally decided on the 28S with twin 200 Yamahas, a deluxe soft top and second station controls. During the entire process we never felt like we were getting a sales pitch or a hard sell on things we really didn’t need or want and when all the details were worked out we were never made unrealistic promises or false representations. Eric believed that we should be able to get the boat completed within twelve weeks and he delivered the boat on February 9th well within that estimated schedule. We were invited to visit the factory while the boat was being built and Eric and his staff were always very courteous and professional. They were also available to answer any questions or address any concerns that we may have had. Needless to say, we love our new Contender and the decision to purchase our boat from Eric’s Contender made the entire experience much more pleasurable. We have also had all our Yamaha service performed at Eric’s Outboard and we would highly recommend Eric’s Contender and Eric’s Outboard to anyone looking for a quality sales and service team.

I was having serious engine issues and taking my yamaha 40hp to Sonny's was a no brainer! Their two master mechanic/techs had my problem diagnosed and serviced in one week! They not only fixed the problem but educated me on my engine. Thanks for getting "2 Legit" back legit and in the water!!

ive been there a few times, the parts ppl are great. But then went for service- there I was treated crappy like I wasn't important. Then I felt like I was an old lady at a mechanic, I know my basics but a rep"john" then proceeded to sell me on service while being extremely condescending explained how my boat wasn't good enough for the shop, and I'm lucky he's working on it.

After overpaying, he explained nothing to me(minimal) he rushed me to get my boat out.

I took them my lower unit for an estimate to repair,they call me back with a 240 bill for labor and tell me it cannot be repaired,then they tell me if i dont pay they will keep my lower unit.they kept it.a week later i tell my brother to call them for a rebuilt lower unit they try to sell him my lower unit with my propeller for 1,000.these people are gangsters

Our boat was in dire need of TLC (it hadn't been used for some time). Eric was prompt to diagnose what was needed to get it in running shape and good repair. His crew of mechanics are professional and don't waste time getting the work done.

Eric's Outboard goes the extra mile for their customers. The staff is very knowledgable. Their customer service is outstanding.

the erics outboard crew recently serviced my boat, and they took the time and effort to keep me informed throughout the whole process, updated on any delays, and completed the job quickly. when i recieved my boat it ran better than ever, and was given back in an orderly and clean state. this is an extremey professional shop that does the work right the first time and wont give you the run around.
