They don't deserve any stars at all, but since I have to give it one as the lowest, I will.
From the start I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes, which after I got tired of hearing people yelling and screaming, I hung up and called again. I was put on hold again for about 5 minutes and then was finally able to place my order.
The person on the other side was included in several conversations on the other side of the line, which led to them asking me to repeat my order more than twice.
Something else I caught right before I hung up was the same person which should have been a red light was the person on the phone screaming to another person to go to Winn Dixie to go buy some chicken breast in Spanish....
I was told my order would be at my hotel room in 45 minutes.
An hour later, no food. I call the restaurant back and this is my response: ""I was just about to call you back. The driver got into an accident and we had to remake your food. I'm so sorry, they will be leaving the restaurant in 4 minutes""
Lies are fantastic aren't they??
Another hour passes and FINALLY when I really didn't care about the food anymore it shows up.
What we ordered and how it turned out:
Med. Pepperoni Pizza - Bland, nothing special. Good temperature.
Chicken Alfredo - Good temperature. Good.
Grilled Chicken w/ Rice&Beans, Sweet Plantains, Green Plantains - Good temperature, hardly any beans in the rice. Rice very bland and dry. Everything else so-so.
Chicken Parmesan sub - Good temperature. All it is, is chicken, cheese and bread. Very burnt across one side of the sandwich.
I wish I would've read the reviews BEFORE I ordered from this place.
