Our sales person, Armando, was the most competent and responsible and helpful car salesman we have ever met. Not only did he track down a difficult car to find but he always got back to us when he said he would and made it happen very quickly. We also met the manager, we think his name is Joe, and all those guys really get customer service!
STAY AWAY!!!! My husband and I were taking our 2008 volvo's here for yearly repair, thanks to a flat tire and a AAA repairman we realized that the people at Deel Volvo were not rotating or aligning our tires, even though we were paying for this service. The tires in my husbands car were down to the thread in the inside due to lack of alignment, it really was a miracle he never had an accident. My car had the tires practically flat due to lack of rotation. Last year we paid over $300 on just the yearly service for each car. We did this thinking that the dealer would be a lot more careful than a regular mechanic. Both of our cars have less than 20,000 miles and we had to change ALL four tires on both cars. The mechanic we took our cars to, somebody whom I known for a long time and I now regret not taking my car there, confirmed what the AAA guy told us. All I can say is don't waist your time and money, and specially don't risk having an accident, these people don't care about your safety!!!!

i've been to a lot of dealers over the years and i have to say best experience ever! Kevin and the staff at Deel got me in and out and a timely manner. i come a long way to their dealer but worth the trip.. waiting area was nice and comfortable so i didnt mind the wait... most of all my car was fix... i think i found my repair shop !

I had to take the car for service. Was never informed my wasn't under warranty anymore, I was under the assumption it was or that at least I would be told it wasn't before they charge me, after all I've been a customer for 5 years, I had a volvo before this car. They made me sign and initial a contract that looked like the ordinary contract except that suspiciously it had a charge when I picked it up of $400 right next to my initials in an area that was left blank before, I wasn't given a copy so I cannot go back to say that wasn't there before or not...the $400 were for changing the oil, tire rotation and reset the service indicator. Needless to say I am not going back to deel. If my saab is not under warranty anymore there are other places where I can take it for cheaper and better service. By the way the manager was extremely rude

I took my 2002 VW in to Deel to replace the oil pan even though it is a 30 minute drive across town. The parts needed to be ordered and I was told to come in on Tuesday of the next week. I called before hand and was assured that the parts were in. I showed up as scheduled and was told that the parts were NOT in. I made an appointment for the next day. I showed up Saturday and sat for four hours in the waiting room. I tried to speak to my representative but he was busy joking around with the mechanics and ignored me. I finally went up to the desk, waited in line for 15 minutes and was informed that a part was still missing and my car would have to be fixed on another day. I spoke to the manager who said that I could take my service elsewhere but I would have to pay Deel for the parts that they ordered. Deel's customer service is non-existent and their service is reprehensible. Take your business elsewhere.
