They only care about the money and not the costumer satisfaction, first my delivery wasn't scheduled for the day we requested it! And today I received only one part of the bed and the rest now they said is in back order. until sept 5th
If the person who I spoke yesterday would've told me that, I decide what to do but now I have a mess in my house and still waiting for the bed.
That's disrespectful because when we bought the bed everything was in stock and ready to ship so why is in back order now?.
I called costumer care and I receive offers but not a solution, offer of refund shipping but I still have to keep the mattresses, I just want to close that account.
BE AWARE !!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING WITH THEM
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I ordered a couch and a bedroom set. They told me all items were in stock. I asked for next day delivery. They said the latest they could deliver was 4pm. I left work early to be home for the delivery and then they called and said the delivery was going to be 9-11pm. They called at 10:55pm (on a weekday, which means I had work the next morning) to say they were 15 min away. I had to reschedule and we could not set it up til the next week. When they finally delivered, they informed me my head board was on back order for another 2 weeks!!! When they originally said it was all in stock. Apparently they sold mine to another customer and when I called customer service they couldn't help me!!! I have no idea why they even have a customer service department. THEN without my knowing, they rescheduled my delivery for the following Monday between 1-3pm (again, while I'm at work which I did not schedule). My fiancee had to leave work early to receive the delivery because if not we would have had to wait ANOTHER MONTH for a headboard according to the delivery staff. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE delivery service!
Buyer Beware . They have a 1 day return policy, you can only return or exchange a furniture the day you receive it. I saw the seam ripped in my sofa, 40days after my purchase. They refused to let me return it for a better quality sofa, allthough i offered to pay the difference. If you are looking for quality and durability don't buy here!!!!!!

Ordered a two piece couch for next day delivery that the driver called to inform he was running late. Had to call because they missed the first two deadlines and was informed they would be later. Driver had a 7 hour window to complete the delivery but couldn't. Store and customer service refused to make any guarantee when the couch would actually be delivered and Keith, Store Manager, refused to make a concession for the inconvenience. I had to reschedule for the following day.
Got a call the next day that only half of the couch was being delivered. Someone sold the other half when I reschedule the delivery. This was second purchase from City Furniture, I recall the first purchase they didn't deliver the legs on the couch and it took a year before I finally could acquire the legs.
Although the people at the showroom are very nice, they did not explain the return, or should I say exchange policy for their mattresses. 40% of the cost of the mattress if you are dissatisfied to be exact. And that is only because I purchased the most expensive King Size Mattress, otherwise the exchange penalty would have been about 50% of most mattress cost. DO NOT purchase your mattress from them.
