This company should be banned from doing business,' totally unreliable, Brian Greene who claimed is the dispatchers which in fact is the owner is one lie after another, he held me for two weeks and at the end he finally told me that his technicians were not reliable and to go ahead and call another company . Totally BS Company.
I have NEVER in my life dealt with such amateurs! I was directed to this company through my home warranty company. During the first visit, Brian seemed to be very thorough and educated about AC systems. After explaining that it would take some time for the warranty company to approve the new system, he left. 30 days later, I received a call that the system had been approved and we scheduled the appointment.
After 2 days of missed appointments and a technician trying to "replace the guts" instead of installing the system they were paid to, technicians showed up at my house at 830pm and remained until 130 the following morning. They trashed my house, ripped up my lawn, and acted as if it were MY fault they can't properly schedule appts.
BNG completely screwed up the installation (Exposed wiring, failed to secure the unit in place, burned my walls, shotty duct work, etc). I now have to have ANOTHER company reorder an entire unit and reinstall the unit BNG was paid to do.
Ok for the first customer A Tal. Sir you were contacted by office in regards to technician returning for part replace. As per recorded conversation u stated that tech could come on Friday. However he should wait til Monday. The returning tech which is me was called to reserve duty for 3 days. After retaining service call called from Denver Colorado explaining that was a mistake on the office part that I requested off for duty that week end. However you were contacted on Tuesday which you stated that you already did a chargeback. Basically poor communication on the company's part cause this situation. However we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience we may have cause. But Scam artist we are Not!
Horrible service. They came over and quoted me for a repair. They said they would have to come back to actually do the repair but they charged me 50% upfront. I paid. The day came around for my repair and no one ever showed. Called them numerous times no reply. Ill be calling my credit card company to file a chargeback. SCAM ARTISTS!! Stay away
