        The commitment of our office is that all our patients have a safe and rewarding experience while in our care. Absolutely nothing to that end will be compromised. To assure this takes place, our staff has been specially trained to work with you and to assist however they can. We encourage your questions and believe this is the best way for you to receive the results that you desire. You are the most important person in the surgical process. Plastic surgery (such as facelift, lip enlargement or rhinoplasty) can be performed safely on an outpatient basis in our onsite fully OSHA compliant surgical suite. Anesthesia is accomplished using an oral sedation ‘cocktail’ (ie, Valium, Ambien) combined with local anesthesia (Xylocaine) for a safe and comfortable procedure with an easier post operative recovery. Double Board Certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Richard Galitz, MD, FACS has been in private practice in Aventura-Miami - for 27 years.
