I am writing to file a discrimination complaint against your store located at 7775 SW 40th St, Miami, FL 33155.
There was a employee last saturday october 14, 2017 that was discriminating towards my mother who just came in to ask a simple question. The employee started laughing and saying he didn't understand her instead of simply getting someone who spoke Spanish.
When he did get someone who spoke Spanish that person wasn't talking directly to her but instead he was laughing with the other guy and translating to the English speaking employee instead of just speaking to my mother.
She was just trying to find a furniture instead she came out disappointed and insulted. No one was doing her a favor she came in to BUY furniture when she could have taken her money elsewhere.
I am truly disappointed and the way things are going in this country this is really troubling considering we are in Miami where most people speak Spanish.
Just as a human being you should be disappointed in yourself. Truly disgusting behavior that shouldn't happen in 2017 in Miami, FL.
If you are truly that racist and work in customer service you should at least fake it mon-fri.

I want to warn everyone about this store. American Signature Furniture located at 7775 SW 40th Street, Miami, Fl 33155. They will not replace your damaged merchandise even if you paid for warranty, the customer service is inexistent and you will be scammed by their associates. A $2000 couch lasted 9 month and they refuse to take it back even when it is under warranty. The associate that sold me the couch is not working there anymore for scamming customers and management does not take responsibility for their employees actions, they do not stand back their products and I would absolutely would not recommend this store to anyone.
PS Maria is the worst Store General Manager I have ever met in my life. She basically is not going to even try to help you and she does not care about you as a customer or anything like it

Customer service is bad. They have items in the floor that actually do not have in stock or are discontinued. Yet they will sell it to their customers just to get a sale and make their comission. The things that they do have then their warehouse which they allege it is out of the state might not carry it and they schedule a delivery without doublechecking availability directly with the storage. This results in continuous last minute changes in delivery dates schedules as well as last notice availability change. Do not trust their word because they do not have one and they dont take responsibility for their actions. They always want to blame it on either the system or their lack of availability of their products. I would definetly NOT RECOMMEND this business to nobody especially to hard working miamians that despite the situation with economy crisis ,save their pennies to realize that a company so big and powerful is trying to fool them.
I hope you never learn the hard way with these people like i just did.
A very dissapointed customer from American signature from Bird Road.
American signature advertise item that are not in stock. Purchased living furniture at that Camp Creek Market Place In East Point, Ga. back in April, was told it would be delivered May 1, it was not I called around May 5th and was told it would be delivered May 20th on May 20th I called the store again and was told they did not show a deliver date. I went into the Camp Creek location here on Saturday May 22nd and was told that the item was not in stock and they didn't know when the items would be avaible for deliver. I asked the manager why was I not informed of this back in April when I made the purchase, she could not explain it. I did get my refund and I express my concern about the way in which this matter was handled. The only thing they did was take my money and drew interest off it for almost two months. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I had purchased a leather sectional from the Miami Store (Birdroad Store) after receiving item many damages were discovered I was placed almost an hour on hold to get to talk to a manager, instead of sending me a new item based on damages , I had to wait instead for an ""Inspector"" to respond to my house, and then waited for his report to be submitted to the store to see what disposition was gonna take place; aftter 7 days FINALLY an exchange was approved, be aware that the furniture was received already ""damaged"" I ended up paying $63 dollars for additional delivery charges for the exchange; today after waiting all afternoon for the freaking delivery, I just received a call from them to tell me that unfortunaly the driver was missing one part of the sectional and that delivery had to be scheduled for tomorrow... lets seat and wait now to see what conditions will the new piece be....NEVER AGAIN some people complains about the quality of rooms to go furniture ut when it comes to great customer service n deliveries! they got it!

What a pleasure it was to shop here. It was our first time and we were fortunate to meet an incredible salesperson Norbert who helped us from start to finish. Not sure what we were looking for, he directed us to the perfect match, our entertainment center. The quality of their furniture is fantastic, all wood inside and out. They carry both traditional to modern pieces and the prices are very compatible with top quality. I have recommended them to others and would definitely buy from them again, but only with Norbert... I hope he's still there...
