Literally the most horrifying experience I've ever had in a shopping experience. Like the other review, I was trying to pay for something that costed $5, I swiped my debit card, and through some speaker some old guy is telling the lady to wait. After waiting for 15 minutes she went back to the "super secret back room," which I supplies the "mysterious managers lair," waited another 10 minutes, I received an emergency call from my sister that my son was burning up with a fever and told one of the workers I had to leave and to let the lady know. That sounds like a disaster, right? As I'm running to my car trying to listen to my sister, some crazy old man (mystery manager) comes RUNNING after me outside! I'm trying to listen to my sister and hear what he's saying but he's yelling and waving his hands everywhere! I'm assuming they thought I was someone who had shoplifted earlier and they were likely going through camera footage? But newsflash... IT WASN'T ME! I drove onto the street in front of the store and the crazy old guy is waving his fists at me about to jump in traffic to the point where I almost crashed! On top of being worried that my 2 year old had a fever of 101 I have a crazy guy chasing me! It was literally the most disturbing and horrific experience! I'm not a thief, obviously I was trying to give them my money and they assumed I was someone who looked like me or whatever who is a thief. I've never left a bad review anywhere for any company no matter the service (hence this super long review) but it is VERY clear that whoever does the hiring there likes crazy old people. Seriously the lady and the crazy guy were at LEAST in their 60's and knew nothing about beauty products AT ALL! So, basically beware of being CHASED down the street when shopping there! And what they carry there is NOT all that great.

Terrible costumer service. Disrespectful management. We tried returning an item we have bought 5 mins before because it had two prices and we assumed it was the lowest one and they kept refusing to give us the money spent 5 mins before because of policy. After a couple of mins explaining that we had just bought this and that we were never coming back if we weren't going to be refunded, the manager, instead of showing up (because she was too busy) told my husband trough the microphone (really??) that they were going to return the money and for us to keep buying on another store. Mmmmm well lady, we don't need the suggestion, we will for sure!
