Updated 7:30pm 7-25 7 days latter I finally got my refund.In my professional opinion that If I did not write accurate yet negative reviews on every site, I could, that I still would not have been given a refund for The lack of services rendered! Again in 40 plus years I have never experienced or heard of a restaurant not responding to these Accusations I made , with an apology or explanation. The lack of that shows the owners character and lack of concern for people bashing his service. He must think he can keep treating people like that with no loss of business to him .....] The Pizza is ok. The service is terrible! They are understaffed! The staff is not trained to make decisions that could possibly turn a irate customer happy again. I will never go back, based on my treatment of my last two attempts to spend my money. And speaking of money, it's rare that a Pizza Delivery joint asks for cash before they take your order. It's 2018 not 1980! The wBoss/owner has no idea on what it takes to last in the food business! Making an ok Pizza is not what it takes to stay in business for the long haul. Every other time, I have tried to call in a delivery order. I get put on hold and forgot about. The few times I did get a chance to place an order The orders were late and the pizza was cold. I live very close there store. Last night I ordered at 7:17pm, was laying down after a long airplane flight. I fell asleep awoke at 8:45 called after being continuously put on hold and finally got through I was told my pizza will be there by 9 o'clock. After 9 o'clock I began getting angry. I called back four times to cancel the order. Each time I was put on hold....The second the phone was answered . To add to my frustration, I finally got through and after being told the pizza is five minutes away I said ( At this point I want my money spent on credit card refunded) I assumed the reply would be "ok we will still deliver your pizza " It is on its way and next time it will be better. "Instead I was told the pizza will be canceled ."That did not make sense since I had just been told it just around the block.??? 7/23.. update still no credit, when I call there is a acting manager. They say they need to call manager to get my credit. Stay away!! If I can warn you. Update 7/25 still not refunded...
Mi experiencia no.fue buena, al momento que llegue en 10 minutos vinieron 4 veces para tomar el pedido Demoraron 1 hora en traer la comida, cuando la trajeron un plato no era el correcto, lo cual llevo 20 minutos mas, el lugar no estaba muy concurrido dos mesas mas con clientes lo cual a mi entender podian estar mas al tanto sobre los clientes que estaban en el lugar quentuvieran bebida, etc... mi pedido era milanesa napolitana con papa fritas ybensalada rusa la ensalada rusa er a mas pure ruso que ensalada 😂 y las papas fritas duras como refuerzo de baldosa, despues los otros platos cubrian las espectativas, al momento de pagar teniamos que dejar propina lo cual consideramos que no habiamos sido bien atendidos( se le pidio pan extra a la moza porque el pedido estaba demorando mucho y no quedo muy contenta) dejamos 2 dolares y nos fueron a reclamar la propina, se le.explico que no habiamos estado conforme ni con con el servicio y de una forma muy despectiva exclamo GRACIAS!
Have ordered Pizza from them and has been excellent ,good service and very polite and prices are not bad

This is a take out and delivery place.The other day I ordered a pizza and after an hour waiting I called back.They had me under a total different address and after talking to an employee the manager came on the phone and asked me if I want to cancel the order. There was no apologies or what can we do to make it right.Due to no training a manager at these places has not much idea of how to talk to a customer.In future, we will get our pizza from any other place but never any more from papa johns.

He's incredibly fast at responding to e-mails or calls, and always comes up with amazing menus tailored to the specifications of the client. Pizzarello has never let us down in terms of timing - they're always on time (if not early), Friendly, and ready to go the distance if anything is asked from them. Did I talk about the pizza yet?! It's easily some of the best pizza being made in Miami, their signature pear special is mmmmm.... delish!What ever your needs, we very highly and confidently recommend Pizzarello!

Do not order. Food was over an hour late. Delivery driver was rude and didn't understand why I refused to tip. Go somewhere else.please.
Unfortunately, the management tonight was TERRIBLE! Extremely rude and disrespectful. We have a team that has placed multiple orders (about $50-$90 each time) for delivery to the hospital down the street. While the prices are higher than the regular chains, the food has been reasonably good. We called to place our order as usual, but this time the price for one of the plates was higher than the menu online. This plate has been ordered multiple times (Lobster Ravioli) and this was the first time this was an issue. Called this establishment to speak to someone about the discrepancy. The initial person explained the price online is incorrect, he said maybe that's the price if you order online and he couldn't do anything. Adelia (manager, or posing to be a manager) comes to phone and says there's nothing she can do. So we decide to cancel the phone order and order online. She says once the order comes in, she'll charge us the increase anyway. As a result, we cancelled our order in fear of repercussion on being disrespectful or unhygienic with our food. We called back to get the correct spelling of the manager's name and a young man answered, put us on hold and came back to the phone laughing and said we can't have it; she refused. So I ask for the owner's name and young man puts me on hold once again; comes back to the phone laughing harder and says "The owner says if you want his name you have to come over here for him too." and then the employee hung up on me. I called another store in the chain to ask for the owner's name of that location and was told the owner for the Palmetto Bay location was Alex P*** and Tommy (last name unknown). I asked this employee if the owner regularly works on a Saturday night, he said he was unsure. Hopefully, for their business sake, he doesn't and did not actually say that to a valuable team from the community.
