I use Staffing Specifix to find employees for my company. they search for and filter the candidates and find the people I need.(not an easy or fun task) and since I use their temp to hire service if an employee is not a fit during the trial period they replace them.they have done an excellent job finding people for me. and when a situation comes up (very rarely) they fix it! I highly recommend them and also think the temp to hire concept they offer is awesome.

Very professional and friendly staff. The representative I spoked with has a very sincere and warming personality. I'm glad I came and I am looking forward to the new opportunities coming my way through ALL in ONE Employment Services. Highly recommended!
I moved to Florida almost a year ago now and when i got here i did not know where to start. I tried filling out applications all over the area and found nothing. I then googled "temp agency" and this location popped up. I decided to fill out the application and then call to follow up. I spoke with one of the representatives, so sweet on the phone and made my nerves go away. When i came in for my interview it did not feel like one. They are so welcoming and i am so glad i came into this location. Months later they are still just as amazing and now i work with them. ALL in ONE helped me 100% and i am very thankful for them.
We were extra busy- David the owner of D & B responded to my request to provide four staff for my catering business and on the morning of the event not one staff person showed up leaving our company understaffed. What was even worse is that David did not respond to a single email, text or voicemail we left the morning of. He obviously is not reliable. I have the whole email conversation saved detailing his confirmation of the staff prior to the event to substantiate this review. I would not rely on the company ever again. If I could leave zero stars I would for this review but yp requires I choose at least one.F. Randazzo- Principal
Crackheads serving dudes with NO cellphones as their PAROLE stipulations exclude them from 'internet access'. (Read my October 11 Facebook Posting, wherein black co-worker with NO MONEY to buy food at break, a dude who had a Court date for Attempt to Purchase crack the very next day, this typical no skill having ANGRY black MTHRFKR ratted me off for drinking a beer at 9am break... Fkng Alma the Superintendent, she's nothing but a self serving racist ho. If you either smoke crack nightly, or have a sexual crime on your record, THIS is the place for you!!
THEY DO NOT HELP YOU FIND A JOB, TWO PEOPLE FROM THE SAME COMPANY CONTACTED ME ABOUT 4 WEEKS APART AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT. NOT ONLY THAT THE POSITION IS MENTIONED IN THE EMAIL AS A TEMPLATE AS IF IT'S A POSITION THAT THEY MENTION OFTEN JUST TO GRAB SOMEONE'S INTEREST. THEY DON'T FOLLOW UP WITH YOU NOR DO THEY RESPOND TO EMAILS. AND WHEN U CALL WHATEVER NUMBER YOU WAS GIVEN, THE RECEPTIONISTS ANSWER AND GIVE YOU THIS LIE JUST SO SHE CAN TAKE A MESSAGE. I COULD IMAGINE THE AMOUNT OF IRATE CUSTOMERS THAT CALL BECAUSE OF THE RUN AROUNDS THEY RECEIVE. STRAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY
Great Recruitment Company to partner with. Best Employees in less than 72 hours. Best company out of 6. In my 2 years managing this company, Had never received a excellent employee from an Agency until now I started working with ALL IN ONE. Both of employees they sent me, are just the best qualified and productive employees ever.M. Ferrer.
From the agent (Chris) who helped me to the nice people at the front desk I had an extremely positive experience. I recommend it to anyone on the hunt. Thanks again Chris and the rest of the staff, you guys are great.
The woman from Careerxchange called me to discuss an open position. She said she found my resume online. We talked, she liked my experience and qualifications and when I thought she would schedule an interview with the employer, she wanted to skype with me any time that week. It was a surprise because there was nothing else to talk about, and to SKYPE either...!? The next day she emailed me documents to be filled out prior to our Skype date. It was the regular agency application, copy of 2 IDs, and I-9 not from the prospective employer, but from Careerxchange. The position was direct hire, so there was no need to fill out I-9. I emailed back and said I do not feel comfortable giving my SSN and ID info before an employment offer, over a phone conversation. She replied she had to e-verify me before presenting me to the employer. I sent her a link from uscis.gov that an employer can NOT use I-9 and e-verify to pre-screen applicants and IF she still wanted to SKYPE, I was available. She had NEVER returned. It looks like scam to me, does not it?
Avoid this business like it had the Ebola virus. We sent in our bills on an IME and they wouldn't pay us. Lied and stalled over and over. One excuse after another. I would give them a minus 10 if there was such a rating.
