I had an appointment, but I was still there for over an hour. I couldn't eat or drink for the test ordered. They took people that came in after me, before me. AWFUL EXPERIENCE I will never use them again.
very unprofessional all the employees talking personal things, Marisela she was not able to do her job, she took my blood, then called me at my house to come back because she said it was descomposed, she has a bad attitude, during the extraction of the blood I told her about my condition she just ignored me,she not once look at my eyes, very nasty attitude, since the moment I got there I told them my veins were scarce due to a previous illness, I asked for the one with more expriences, I got Marisela , what a nasty lady, she make me feel so uncomfortable, I thought she was angry, I made a complaint to the main corp office, and called another quest diagnostic she said in the computer she was missing one tube of blood.She never told me this.Bad place, I better go back to Lab Corp
The intake staff is in urgent need of customer care skills classes or basic education manners.. They are very rude, not polite at all. The front desk woman acts as if she hates her job and humankind. It is sad to be in a place like that. The phlebotomists in other hand are nice and sweet.I wonder if the manager of this place ever noticed the poor service.
Be loud and obnoxious to be seen. I signed in and sat down as told. After 40mins I went to the check in desk to ask when I would be called to drop off my samples. The reply was "Where is your name? Oh we forgot you" I then waited another 10 mins before I was called. I have been "forgotten" twice now in the last few months. The first time I was told "You need to be louder". The employees are having loud social chats from one end of the trailer to the other. The only reason I go there is for convenience as I work on UM Medical Campus. The service is terrible.
