In the kitchen, Chang has five helpers, all Chinese. He ordered two special stone burners from Hong Kong to turbocharge his wok temperature. He puts the burners on full blast for a Cantonese dish the menu calls roast chicken, which Chang cooks by continuously ladling rocket-hot oil over the bird until it’s done. Chang’s restaurant emphasizes fresh seafood, including razor clams, sea bass, oysters and scallops. The latter two are served on the half shell with homemade black bean and XO sauces to accentuate the briny sea flavors. The menu offers also a handful of Platos Latinos. Chang said his clientele is hot for his maduros and tostones, as well as his palomilla steak. “We cook in small batches,” Chang said. “And I make all my own sauces.”

My husband and I visited this lovely restaurant on our 48th anniversary Friday, May 12th. Of course the manager Serigo was there and he was as courteous and polite as usual. We met him about two months ago while having dinner there with family. He displayed his people personality skills, his genuine concern for our desires for dinner, and his sincere ability to please everyone in our party. I appreciate the privilege in having him present when I'm there, he is a delightful, professional, and a all round awesome manager and person that made our anniversary lunch special. Thank you Sergio.
great Chinese place, very small restaurant here in the Wynwood Neighborhood food is very delicious everything is well cooked and the prices are reasonable it seems like u get more than what you actually paid for, because thats how i feel every time i buy from here they give you plenty of everything . thanks Ming Yuan for a great restaurant, come check them out people
This place is the best, fresh food really fresh food. My family can't get enough of it . Healthy home made Chinese food. Better for take out . The facilities are more suitable for take out than eating at the restaurant. It does not look like they advertise a lot is all refer business. I will highly recommended. I got bourbon chicken, shrimp lo mein, and cream cheese wontons. The chicken was OK, not very flavorful but the lo mein was pretty good. The wontons were so delicious I would order again just for these, seriously. No troubles ordering over the phone, and they delivered ahead of the estimated time (10 minutes earlier than expected)
I love this restaurant i have been going here since they opened years ago the food is always fresh i have never gotten sick...lol.....i def recommend dynasty its such a relaxing place never crowded like most buffet places very quiet and serene i go a lot by myself when i just want to sit a relax you will love it
Excellent food! The owner's mom came out and talked to us and was very, very friendly. The only negative comment I have was the waiter that was constantly texting on the phone and NOT attending to the customers. It is a shame, because the place is neat, the food is incredible and the owner's mom is a sweetheart!
out of all the chinese restaurant i tried so far i rate this one the best, its located in wynwood on 2nd ave between 30th and 31st street , small place but their food is amazing everything is well prepared and the food always has a great taste i never had a problem with their food not once, keep it up Ming Yuan
my favorite place i love this place their food is always on point everything is well cooked and food is delivered fast you dont really have to wait alot for your food, wand delivery is very cheap if you dont want to drive to them. they come straight to your door fast and food is very hot,
Food is great! One particular waitress (unfortunately I don't have her ñame), if you don't her an 18% tip, she will look at you hard and give a tantrum. I've never seen anything like that. Other than that, the food is maintained fresh, great taste and cheap! Great for families
