Oh wow, where do I begin? Should be given a choice of zero stars! Had gone here over two years ago and this so-called unprofessional person who calls herself Manager, Tania Sanchez, used to do my hair. Well, not only did she never show up for my pre-made and committed appointment time more times than I can count, her superior attitude made her erroneously think she was doing me a favour! Haha. Then having a falling out of misunderstanding with another non-English understanding not speaking "Manager" named Maria, all of a sudden Ms. Superiority Complex Tania blackballs me from Supercuts! If you look up the word audacious and self-importance in the English dictionary, you would see a picture of her next to it! I thank my Yah that she did me a tremendous favour! Without an equivocation or hesitation, I will say that this and any other supercuts in the southeast Miami-Dade/Broward/Palm Beach county areas cater and pander to their Spanish speaking and cultural clientele. Very partial and biased treatment of anyone outside of their Hispanic "base" is not awarded courteous and fair treatment. With perhaps few exceptions, e.g. elderly people over 70 that are on a fixed budget, but even then that is also moot and debatable. Bottom line: horrible place. Find another reliable, reputable, courteous, and respectable hair salon to do your business with. I did! Am extremely joyful now. Good riddance Tania and Supercuts!

I don't want to rate with stars but I can't post this if I dont. Honestly if you're looking to dye your hair, look elsewhere. If you're doing your eyebrows, do them with Gina. She does nails as well by the way. Anything but hair. I came out like little mermaid and had to pay double the amount just to get it right and fix what my hair dresser did here. The top came out marker red and the color was uneven. She let me choose the color but failed to tell me it wouldn't come out the way I wanted. (I showed her a picture). Save yourself the money, keep looking at reviews, make sure the color you want now is the color you REALLY want. Do your research before you have to spend 100 on something you don't even like but don't settle. Do your research.

In August 2014 I had the worst service as the lady who cut and messed up my hair, and head/face (since I had to short cut it) and lifestyle, since I told her few things to follow for the cut, and she did the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. I gave her a lot of freedom, and few requests, insisted upon as she kept curtting my hair. Symmetry, professional for work, feminine to not look like a boy's haircut, even cut SO NO LAYERS, to not get in my eyes, and something that would NOT take me TEN WHOLE MINUTES OR MORE to style in morning, nor would I need much styling products. She did the complete opposite. She first upped the price to almost double, but then dropped it to 17 bucks and threw in a small brandname gel asif that was going to fix this shT on my head. I kept being nice, but now I been messed up her claiming her "years of experience" did OPPOSITE FOR ME AS AN INDIVIDUAL WIT MY OWN NEEDS AS A PERSON, VERBALLY STATED AND REPEATED AND EXPLAINED AND EXPRESSED. Sucks. I dunno how my exfiancee looked at me after she cut it. AND the haircut looked ugly and was so difficult for ME even to wash, and I told her that was important for me too. SHE WAS AN UNPROFESSIONAL BIA*CH.
