Almost enrolled my grandmother with Seasons until I started asking questions and checking out the facilities they were trying to get me to use. There is no communication or coordination between the intake staff, when my grandmother was released from the hospital they put the pressure on me to enroll her into a nightmarish facility they considered safe just to get her out of the way, when I refused they started a nasty and threatening relentless phone call campaign. It was a hellish nightmare, terrible experience I would not wish on my worst enemy, let alone a suffering family facing the death of a loved one. This company is a disgrace.
Facility is clean and beautiful. AIDS and NURSES are fantastic. Administrations are far from honest, dont trust a word they say. Food horrible, canned hormal chile was just one meal, make sure you are with your loved one every second monitoring everything especially their first day there.
Seasons Hospice at Little Havana II ALF: The worse place and hospice you can possibly have for your loved ones. They are not professional, they don't tell you the truth, they don't pay attention to your loved ones if they are bed ridden, and they don't give them water unless you ask. My Mother was dying and we didn't know until 1 hour before. They knew for days and told us she was fine! A "nurse" came and not the doctor (very irresponsible) and her records had a lot of mistakes and unsigned documents. Seasons is a mess and so is Little Havana II. DON'T TRUST YOUR LOVED ONE TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!
Excellent, the best registry in Miami and Broward. Always classic Care is efficient, compassionate, and has a wide network of other health care professionals to assist their clients.
Very professional staff. After my surgery they took great care of me. I was seen every day for almost two months while I did in home rehabilitation for a torn ACL. Thanks Gigi!........................
My 91 year old Dad was sent to University Plaza as a hospice patient. What a beautiful facility that is kept immaculately clean. Personnel were very attentive to my Dad. After a few weeks as a hospice patient, my Dad started feeling better and getting stronger. Eventually he was doing so well, we took him out of hospice and enrolled him in their physical therapy program. He continued to make remarkable progress and after a few months, he returned home where he is now.
Worse experience of my life. Please choose another Hospice Facility. They are unprofessional, rude and have managed to make my grandmothers entire hospice expereince the worst we have ever had to deal with. She passed today and not with the helo of these people but my family. 1 start is generous. They deserve to be reevaluated as a company.
