They gave me great glasses and never charged me a dime. They took the Preferred Care Partners insurance and didn't charge anything extra, accepting the insurance payment as the total payment for the glasses. First time I receive this treatment in 15 years with Preferred Care Partners, using other optical stores. Thank you For Eyes!
This the reason I give one star, even that I think that they deserve even less. I do not recommend this store/company to anyone.I purchase my son's eyeglasses in there, I paid over $300 for his eyeglasses (they didn't take my insurance and they were closer to home), not 3 months passed by and one of the lenses got scratched. I called then and asked them about the coatings that they applied to the lenses, and they gave some really bad explanations (I have been wearing lenses my whole life) that do not make any sense. So I went to the store and they where to charged me $165 to change one of the lenses (because it was no way to fixed it they said). This place is a rip off, they overcharge and the quality of their products is lacking. I have never been to an optical where the quality of their products, customer service have been this terrible.
Knowledgeable, friendly and always so helpful, a first class operation. We have been returning for years.
Doesn't even deserve one star. I had an appointment at 4:45 on a Friday. I made my appt. in person over a week before, giving them my insurance at the time. On the day of my appt. I called exactly at 4:45 & explained I was stuck at the light in front of the office but that I would be there. The receptionist explained the doctor would not see anyone that's more then 15 min. late, which I repeated I was right outside. She continued on saying they didn't have my insurance info & that I never responded to the confirmation call/voicemail (which I have no record of, my voicemail doesn't lie) She told me they wouldn't be able to see me. Realizing the time I googled their hours, confirming they closed at 5. I waited over a week and wasted my time & gas driving because they wanted to go home. I am also pregnant & have scoliosis w/ 4 herniated disks which makes it difficult to be in the car. Making it a bigger incontinence. Will be looking for a another office due to the lack of professionalism.

DO NOT COME HEREWas referred by family member who has been going for ten years. Dirty waiting area, staff does not give a s--- about you and will take their cash walk-ins first. We had a problem with our authorization - and WE had to fix it. If your are familiar with insurance- THEY should have asked for it from the company the day before, not the min we walked in.After receiving authorization ourselves- owner basically told us we would have to wait longer- and if we didn't like it- we could go somewhere else. Muttering to leave her alone.Don't waste your time here. This is a place with a bad attitude, and no customer help not care. I wouldn't even give this place a star 0/10
Poor customer service, owner has major attitude- does not want to deal with insurance companies- demanding payment in CASH ONLY. Very rudely us if we didn't like it go somewhere else- all after waiting two hours.
