Dropped of my jet ski to Uva, told me it might be a misfire to let him look it over and he will call me. Called him cause I had not heard from him and tells me it's running great that he wants to test it in the water that he will call me. I didn't hear from him so I called him again on the following day. He goes off on me yelling that I am very persistent that he doesn't need my business to come pick up my jet ski cause he's not going to work on it any more and does't want it on his property. I tell him I don't understand why he's going off yelling at me over the phone that I need to know what it's going to cost. Tells no come pick up my jet ski and hangs up the phone.When I arrive to pick up my ski it's not even put back together, wires were cut, screws were missing it was a mess. He wasn't even there for me to talk to him. When I get home to take a better look at it. I had to spend money on buying the parts that were missing. When I got everything put together it's not even running anymore It's worst then when I first took it in for something simple. Now I need to take it somewhere else to get to run and spend more money. I don't recommend this guy he need some anger management class. Don't know how he's still in business treating customers the way he does.

This is a joke of a business, I ordered some parts and of course, paid upfront. Parts were supposed to be in Miami in 10 days, after the 10 days, no parts, they told me that the shipment was delayed 3 more days, I waited the 3 extra days. Parts never arrived. After back and forward decided to cancel the order and get my money back, (good luck with that one), another 10 days and still no refund, you call and this and these guys joandry or julio are never there or available, they always give you the run around after the money is in their pocket. Had to call my card provider to dispute the transaction. I will take my business somewhere else where they value me as a customer, these are just thieves.
One week turnaround on props and bottom refinish after going aground. Rick and his crew were very professional.
I was having trouble with my bilge pump float switch staying on. i looked online to find someone close to home. I came across their posting and contacted them. After a brief chat discussing the issue I was having we came to an agreement to meet the following day. To make long story short bilge switch was replaced on the spot and is working flawless. Great customer service
In for: 1.Oil change, plugs, and rotor cap. (Season maintenance 50 hr.)2.I/O low unit service.3.Exhaust manifolds (recommended by them to be changed). That did not solve the problem of one side over heating. But, they are new now; so one problem less for the future.4.One coat of bottom paint.5.One trim switch for outdrive, installed.6.One solar panel installed, for battery support. 7. Trailer in a 25ft boat from marina to shop and back. 2.5 Hrs. Per trip.5 months!! and $8,000!!!! Dollars later, I got my boat back !!!!. And I have to remove the heat exchanger and send it to clean and repair after, because they still returned the boat with a more than 40 degrees difference, in temperature, between PORT and STB side manifolds and said it was “normal”. Mercruiser Racing does not recommend more than 20 degrees. I corrected and re-installed the heat exchanger. The difference is only 12 degrees. Also, my boat had paint from other boat on all of the port side; they tried to cleaned, “sanded” and scratch the hull, and did not mention anything, hoping for me not to “notice”. They also, crack a STB side panel in the process of wiring for that trim switch, but forgot to mention. I do understand that they will make money on the parts that they order for you. But, for example, Seachoice Solar Panel-1300Ma SCP-14341, 189.95 charged, and the part is actually sold for $130 (tax and shipping included). That is a 46% handling fee, that I find out because I decided to make the research (too late).Plus, I asked and asked for estimates prior to the work, they never had the “time” to make them. The owner’s prays very well about their reputation and years in the business and their “reasonable and fair hourly rates for a job well done”. “Precision” was recommended by the Deering Bay Marina dock master Alex. What a disappointment. Yes a 5 months + $8,000 dollars one.
Horrible experience ordered parts from them and it took them two weeks to tell me that they didn't know what happened. Placed a second order that was supposed to arrive next day and their was another excuse that they lost it. Never called to tell me anything just had to be the one after them. I asked for a refund and they said no problem, had to call again to make sure they did it only to find they hadn't yet. Don't waste your time
I was able to find anything that I needed and saved a ton. Great prices. The best part is that even thou I was just stopping by I can still order parts and supplies by their website. Keep up the good work!
