A month to replace a bumper cover and also you will notice that they team up with the insurance adjuster. They told me I needed to replace the arms and re-enforcement bar, when the insurance adjuster gets there they say something else. My truck sat an extra week do to their electric car scan was down. Never again they are not what they use to be, this was the third time I do business. So to make story short my bumper is a quarter inch inner on the right side!

Despite what plenty of other comments say, I had an amazing experience at Kendall Collision. Lorena, Yuslaine, and Alfredo were nothing but helpful. They were very transparent about everything that was going on. They answered all of my questions and always had smiles on their faces. My air conditioning died on me in July. They fixed it and I went on my way. A month later, the a/c stopped working. Brought back it. Just a loose wire. They fixed it free of charge and I was on my way.

Horrible!!! My car needed minimal cosmetic work from side swipe accident. It is now 2 months that my car is there and still not ready. Every time I call I'm put in hold. No one answers phone to tell you status. Always busy and will call you back. They NEVER call you back. You call back and same story. This place is a joke. They play with their customers. DONT GO TO KENDALL COLLISION IF YOU WANT TO AVOID STRESS!!!
The worst service i have ever had. Staff completely confused, no communication, completely difficult to come to any agreement except on the first day when they want your business. My car is 4 month old was treated and handled as if it was 20 years old. If you call get ready to be on hold forever and if you ask for the manager they are at lunch or busy all day. My strong suggestion is that if you have other options, go somewhere else.

They charged me 80$ instead of 25$ like they said before just because , they maid one more whole to fix the tail light !! Overpriced place !!
GREEDY PEOPLE!!!! They overcharge you (repeatedly) for their services and don't even have the decency to admit they were wrong in the first place about the diagnosis of your car. Worse, they make you feel like it's your fault. They would "fix" something and take your money but it still wouldn't work; they would "fix" something else and repeat the process until your brain realizes you are a fool for allowing people to take advantage of you this way!If you have a tree in your backyard that gives you cash every hour, I suggest you take your car to the Buggy Doctor. If you are one of those people who work hard for their money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I should have listened to the other reviewers. I've learned my lesson the hard way...
