YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

The director has no care for kids. this is not her passion. When my child,5 month old, got pneumonia from the kids in the school she could care less when I advised her.And yes, she does not need to care for my child, but when I advised her to warn the mothers she was as cold as it can be. She said that my child was not there long enough for that to happen. He missed 5 days because he was sick MARILYN! When I left my infant child in her care, I was beyond disappointed when I went to pick him up IN ANOTHER INCIDENT. Day one he had his diaper so full it ejected to his clothes. When I called them and ask what happened she said "you were told to check your child before you left". How dare you?. So, even if I had checked him I would have still had my son dirty from poop and pee through his diaper.not give my daughter junk food it is bad for her health! and her respond to me after she saw a review I wrote about her was "Goldfish is not junk food" Yes, Yes it actually is. If you knew i cried about making sure she is healthy why would you not care for my directions?I even gave them a doctors note and they had me convinced the amount of milk they give those kids is 4oz... Thank you for all you have done for my kids but I dont think you understand what it is to take care of these kids and teach them. My daughter learned how to choke people from the kids and no one saw? Till you told me "your child is acting up"! She is acting up because there was no regulation. No one to look after them. Wait it gets better! GET THE KIDS OFF YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA!!!!!!! You think its ok to post them? I added the teacher because I had to make sure that the things she was posting of my child was nothing crazy while I searched for a better school for my kids. I did not mention anything to the director of this social media incident, or anything for that matter because the director is the mother of my child's teacher. If she doesn't care about a 5 month old she can care less about my opinion.

it doesn't cease to amaze me the low quality child care New World Academy demonstrates. I am a young mother and work full time, as does my husband. So many instances has this Child care center been out of line and completely inconsiderate. During the first few days I left my son 9-6 which are the hours I work. When I arrived at the center to take my son home they threatened me by saying they were going to call child protective services because I left my son for 12 hours (9-6) which is what I pay for. As a mother of a 1 year old, leaving my son isn't a luxury and it doesn't bring me great pleasure. It is a necessity. A 9 hour shift is a regular full time working shift for any workers out there. Another instance my son was still napping, since we wake up early to get ready, and I asked where I could lay him down and they said " well it isn't nap time!" and they woke him up. I'm not sure if it isn't common sense but when people are woken up abruptly it isn't a nice feeling. So anyone with common knowledge would know that waking a baby up this way is not going to be a pretty thing. Of course, he cried and then they continued to call me all morning to complain that he was crying. My baby is already 1 year old and I can happily admit that he hardly cries, he's always happy and gets along with everyone. Another time I arrived to pick him up and asked how he ate and if his diaper had been changed, and they told me " oh well i don't know you're going to have to ask tomorrow." So basically I'm leaving my son thinking he is in capable hands, and they can't tell me if he was fed, if his diaper was changed, or if he was taken care of. I don't recommend this day care to anyone. It is the first time this happens to me. As a relatively new mom, it isn't easy to go through things like these with your baby. So I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this. My baby is always the one that everyone is amazed because of how calm and fun loving he is.

We had visited about 10 daycares in the area before we found out about Kindercare (140th Avenue, Bent Tree). My husband and I immediately felt that our 7-month old son would be in good hands and that he would get the attention and guidance he needs as an individual child to develop into the wonderful boy he is today as a 3-year old. The Director, Assistant Director and Teachers have all been wonderful from the first day and have always been available to talk about his progress or to answer any questions we have had.About two months ago we moved to Europe and thus had to take our boy out of Kindercare. This was a very sad moment for us, as we know how much he loved to go to his daycare and how much he loved his friends and teachers. He still talks a lot to us about the good times he had at Kindercare!Thank you to all the Kindercare members for having such a great impact in our son’s life!

I had my son at New World Academy for 4 years. Marilyn and her staff are very caring and became a part of my family. I visited 8 different daycares prior to enrolling my son at New World Academy. He even attended another daycare for 2 months. None were as involved, organized, and caring. This is the a great learning environment for your child and I would recommend to anyone.

Let me start by saying that the teacher and teacher's assistant in the infants' class are absolutely amazing (true angels in disguise). This review is in no way a reflection on them. My 18 month old son had been attending New World Academy since January of this year, and everything was great until I decided to take a two week vacation this summer. Upon my return, I was handed a paper stating that I owed tuition for the two weeks that my son was out. When I tried to speak to the owner, Marilyn, about the document I was just handed, she insisted that the handbook states that the children are only allowed one week vacation/sick leave per year and since my son had been out in the beginning of June with Croup, that was his one allowed week. I pleaded with her and told her that I had hospital notes from his June absence, and that I am a single mom and could not pay her for two weeks that my son was not there but I would be willing to pay her for one week. Her response was, "You are a single parent by choice. I have to pay rent and pay for food. It is not my fault that you decided to take vacation." In addition, within the same conversation (as if the single parent comment was not low enough), she tried to tell me that my son was going to need a speech therapist soon because he was not yet putting two words together. Excuse me?? Are you a qualified expert to be handing out such assessments?? My son, btw, has a vocabulary of over 12 words which include "banana" "sticker" "duck" and "eye". I think he's doing okay for his age. In all honesty, I have never dealt with a more impolite and crude individual in my life. My son may not need speech therapy but Marilyn sure has heck needs etiquette classes on how to treat her paying customers, or better yet, how to treat a fellow human being.P.S. Found a daycare down the street from NWA that allows two weeks vacation per year and excuses absences when there's a doctor's note!

It took me 4 years to be able to do this review in the most objective way possible because as a mother leaving our children at any School Facility, you would expect a good treatment to your child not only because the parents are paying but because that's the only option that we have as working parents. My son was 3 years old when he entered the school, he only lasted a short period of time 6 month total due to an incident that I call God sent since it was in the perfect witnessed moment. The patio of the school has Dr.'s offices in the back and it so happened that my Primary doctor is in that building. I witnessed the mistreat of the teacher towards my 3 year old son in the patio when she pulled his arms and in an violent way, not to mention that he was just walking out the doors and just standing still. All I could say is thanks to my Ex Husband that was with me at the moment it happened, he took me back home to calm down. He then went to the school office to retrieve our son and complain to the School director that without any knowledge of what we have witnessed, she decided to defend the School Teacher. I didn't want to press charges for the abuse and just prayed that no other kid in that classroom would have been mistreated the same way my Son was. This is no story to harm the school but to let the teachers know that our kids are to be respected and treated with kindness in every way possible. If you are a teacher that teaching is not your passion then you should pursue a different career, that way you will not harm the life of a Child that will shift their lives due to circumstances just as this one. The purpose of a teacher is to make way for our children to learn and give them the opportunity to become a different and kind human being not the other way around.

Very disappointed with this daycare, my daughter had been attending this daycare for two weeks. Everything seem perfect when I went. Everything was clean and the director was nice. On the second Friday of my daughter being there, the teacher had left and left her with an assistant when I went to pick up my daughter they had her in a separate room unattended on a swing while she was screaming and crying, when I went to speak with the director she seemed to have no interest in fixing the issue her excuse was she easily on the swing for 10 min because she was crying with the other kids when they'd leave. So her solution to fixing the issue was isolating her.

This school is A+++++ awesome. My daughter has been there for 3 years and is graduating now from VPK. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Either the owner or director is always there to answer my questions and give helpful advice. It is always spotless. They have cameras in every room. Baby room is right in front and enclosed with french glass doors so you see your baby as soon as you walk in. An added perk I loved when I first chose New World was that nap time is not a bunch of mats on the floor like other daycares. They are raised off the floor. Everything is just so cute and organized. Now that my daughter is In VPK, she has learned so much, and I feel she is truly ready for kindergarten. She'll be there this summer too.
