Richard and his team are great! They took care of everything quickly and it was done quickly! I have used him twice now and I will use him again!
I closed on my deceased mother’s residence on 8/31/2017. AllWorldTitle was the title company. Overall the transaction went well. My only regrets were that they took over three weeks to return my mother’s death certificate and refund the $1,000 dollars for the water bill (the water bill had already been paid!!!). Weekly emails (to Veronica Rivera – Real Estate Processor / Closer) asking for a date by which I could expect the return of these belongings went unanswered. I am so glad that my real estate agent, Lianet Manzano, of Keyes Realtors was able to help me resolve this matter.
Richard Paz is an exceptionally honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and caring real estate agent. Every step of the way, we knew we could trust Richard to give us excellent, candid advice.
Unethical practice. Buyers stay away! Got reference from realtor who is personal friend with this business owner. She claimed to have some 20+ years of experience and quoted a reasonable price to get your service. Couldn't be more wrong thinking most closing agents were the same. She ended up hiding some extra charge in the closing statement 3 days before closing without any notice, doubling the initial charge, making it too late for you to change, claiming there was a lot of additional work having to "printing 100 more pages of document", "sending emails" and "keeping copies of documents". Buyers better find a reputable closing company. Sellers also beware! She tried to charge sellers "document preparation fee" that isn't even legit enough to go on the CD.If it's not enough a shame of certain agent's parasitic living on home buyer's hard-earned money, it certainly is when they have to resort to such unethical practice that borders on cheating IMO.
Richard went far above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect home. He always put our best interests ahead of his own, a true testament to his exceptional honesty and integrity. He is responsive and answers questions carefully and thoughtfully, understanding that the home buying process is overwhelming. Every step of the way, we knew we could trust Richard to give us excellent, candid advice
My husband and I found Richard by chance through a listing and consider ourselves extremely lucky to have had him as our agent. As first-time homebuyers he was an invaluable source of knowledge about the process and helped us negotiate first finding the right home, and then getting our offer accepted!
Richard Paz was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and is the reason I landed on my apartment in a week. I work a hectic schedule, Richard listened to what I was looking for, and selected a variety of places for us to view, that all worked around my schedule. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision, rather, I was very well informed, knew exactly what was going on, and when it was time to sign, I had zero doubt about my new apartment. Richard also did an excellent job sending me all of the paperwork with specific instructions, and turned what's usually a daunting experience, into a simple and exciting experience. I'm looking forward to working with him and Oaz Global next year, in the meantime, I'm going to enjoy my new place
I am currently renting from Milagro Coral Gables for three months and have couple problems. 1. You cannot open the windows in the bedrooms eventhough windows has screens. 2. There is not even one available carts to carry your groceries,water..etc to your apartment. This is a very big problem. They lock the carts in the leasing office which is locked after 5 or 6 pm during the week. And most of the time the carts not even in the office. I have to carry heavy water cases to my apartment. Nobody is trying to solve this problem. I definetely dont recommend this apartments. If you want to carry all your stuff by hand, go ahead. 3. You cannot even see anybody around working. 4. Pool is dirty most of the time and nobody is cleaning it. Lizards are all around the pool and on the lounge chairs. You cannot even enjoy it.5. Water pressure is not that great in the showers.
Highly recommended! I thought selling the house would be the most stressful part of the process, but he was incredible and we are very happy with the results.
I almost never write anyone a poor review, but I am compelled to write this one today in hopes that I can save another client of mine from ever having to be subjected to this type of service. The entire process with Posh title was a total nightmare. My seller was stuck dealing with a title issue from the previous seller and this title company just waited around until myself and the co-broker got the work done. Also, because the loan officer and the title employees are related, the lender decided to stop processing the loan altogether until title was able to get their act together. My seller was leaving on vacation a week before closing and wanted to extend a few days, they told us no and that they would be closing on time. My seller moved all his things out in a hurry in the rain, to come back from vacation and the file not funded. Every time I called, I was told to email. Almost every time I emailed, my questions were not answered. Even the day of closing, I couldn't get a straight answer out of these people as to when the buyers were coming to sign. Then they tell me that the file wouldn't fund the same day. WHO IS THIS TITLE COMPANY? These people are not on the ball about anything. If you want things done in a timely manner, never call this title company. Their inexperienced and have no idea what they are doing. Please don't send anyone that you care about to this joke of a company. You will lose all credibility with your clients. Excruciating levels of incompetence at this title company.
