I back day after to the screen replace, they call it compatible fro china, they change 3 screen no working they try my broken screen and it work, the owner was drank and start to be aggrieves and coercing I did not say any ting and he start touching sexual in the store 5 more customer the run out of the store I call police he close the store and run a way, I will contact my lawyer I have the police report and report consumer afar district attorney beater business Buru
i bought 3 i10 tablets, their support was insufficient, tablets with a old operating system, not upgrade, and the manufacturer tells me ,to be purchased on Kaidu, no guarantee.that poor service, I am very disappointed in the service, I lost my money.I feel very bad, that you do not response for your product, I am very disappointed, that so bad product you sell.MANUFATURER ANSWER:2013/11/12 Service LeaderInternationalInc Dear Leader customer Unfortunately based off where you bought the tablet there is no warranty and we do not offer any upgrades to the operating system. I am a systems builder. This is a small business from which I have been buying computer parts and peripherals for many years. If they don't have what you want, they get it. Not once have I had trouble with a return. Their attitude is helpful, friendly, upbeat and based on customer satisfaction. The other reviewer probably tried to return something he used or damaged and is lying about the "abuse and harassment," because I have never heard these hard working people direct anything even approaching a cross word to even the most difficulr customer.
