This is the best indoor range in Miami. Service is excellent and the store has a good variety of items to choose from. There are cheaper ranges in Miami, but you get what you pay for. The one star review here was because someone got towed. The store has very prominent signs on the front door with clear instructions of where to park, and the range has it's own spots as well as even more guest spots available for the complex, so just pay attention to the instructions and you will not be towed or have any problems. If you don't want to have waits, come either during weekdays or earlier on the weekends.
Worst place I've ever been to! Waited nearly 2 hours to be able to go into the range only to find out they had my car towed right from their front parking lot. Tow truck company said they were the thes that called it in! This was at 10PM when they were the only business open. Went inside for help and no one seemed to care that we were left in the street at that time....someone is getting PAID by the tow truck company to call them!!!NEVER GOING BACK, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
If I could give this venue a zero I would. I booked my reception with the big five club in January 2015 for my wedding that was going to be in October 2015. When I spoke to the first coordinator I told her everything I needed and wanted she was great and said all could be done and gave me a great price. In August and September I called the big five asking for my coordinator and they never put her on the phone and avoided me. On September 23, 2015 (one month before my wedding) I get a call from a new coordinator named Leyanis Bello to come in and discuss details. When I get there she tells me that everything that was previously offered was not valid and Everthing I initially wanted wasn't available. She also told me that she had another wedding going on the same day and since they were spending more money than me she had to accommodate to them more. She was so rude and condescending at that moment all I wanted to do was sink into the ground of the humiliation. I don't ever want anything to do with this place again.
Commissioner Leo Hernandez and Humberto Bencomo don't care for your kids safety!! To both of them monetary interest is first priority. Both commissioners some how have allowed Mr. XXXXX a convicted felon to coach at Tamiami. Mr. XXXXX has over 5 felony convictions on his record. Both commissioners are very well aware of Mr. XXXXX back ground and his criminal history but since they both have monetary interest with Mr. XXXXX they both looked the other way and allowed Mr. XXXXX to coach little kids at Tamiami. I'll be filling a civil law suit against both commissioners within a year. I'll also notified all the right sources within Miami Dade County about the commissioners behavior.
Unfortunately, this field is the reason I stopped playing paintball.I was interested in starting to play paintball a few years ago, I didn't exactly know much about it, but I gave it a try anyway, I asked this paintball veteran over the internet which field I should go to, he told me this "Headshots" field in miami was decent, so I went there with a friend.First day didn't go so well, we only played twice because the other players were being extremely aggressive. I was shot in the head twice and my friend was riddled with shots across his back.I was naive enough to try it again, my other friend had had enough, so I invited ANOTHER friend of mine to go. This was possibly the most painful experience I've had in my life, period. We get there and get our rental guns, half of which are broken or not working. We test our FPS to make sure it's below the limit. I look over to some 18 year old kid testing his Dye marker, and it was set at 350 FPS!! I told him that he was way over the limit and he basically told me to buzz off.We get inside the field and we play a few games, it was literally painful and terrible. My friend was shot in the mask and it cracked open, his bottom lip was bruised because some 10 year old with a 500 dollar gun shot him in the face up close two times. Meanwhile I was shot 30 times in the legs by that gentlemen with the 350 FPS gun. The refs did absolutely NOTHING about it, and were normally texting on their phones and not paying attention.Safe to say, after about 5 extremely painful games, we left, and we never returned.Clearly the owners of the field don't care for their new customers since they let referees that refuse to do anything coach the game, and don't really bother checking people are under the FPS limit.Never played paintball again. What a terrible experience.
