DO NOT GO HERE! THEY STOLE TWO PAIRS OF PANTS FROM ME! The lady Anne who works there even had the nerve to take a pair of my pants from me (without my knowledge/permission) while i was unloading the rest of my dirty clothes on the counter and then she completely denied that she took my pants right to my face, so she pretty much robbed me on the spot and denied it. They will now not let me speak to their manager, will not give me the managers number and they do not know when he comes into the dry cleaners. They also refused to check their cameras and the other dry cleaning loads before/after me to see if my pants got mixed with other's things. The employees at River Dry Cleaners, especially Anne, are low life scummy thieves, who steal their customer's clothes, do not go here!!

Quick service and very affordable prices! I would go to another location that was much closer to me but after a few incidents with them, I chose to do my research and was referred to this location by a friend who has been coming here for years. I was a little hesitant because I live in Kendall and its a bit far but after trying them out, it was totally worth it. What I would spend in the other cleaners I save in gas now!
Terrible. I took my clothes to wash & fold after losing power with Hurricane Irma. The clothes were returned to me dirty. I went to the location and was told that "maybe the girl made a mistake and folded the dirty clothes". I am still out $56.18. School started today for the first time after the hurricane and she didn't have any clean uniforms. Unbelievable how people can just take your money!
This used to be a really good laundry but not anymore. Half of the dryers are out of order and the other half busy with the clothes people leave there to be washed by the laundry personnel. Not coming back.
After reading the reviews for this cleaners, I decided to give them a try. I was greeted by a young lady that appeared to be a knowledgeable professional at the time. I explained to her that I had several multicolored dresses that needed to be cleaned and that I was turned away from another dry cleaners because they were unwilling to clean the dresses due to the multiple colors. I informed her that I was seeking a cleaners that would be able to dry clean the dresses properly. There were approximately 20 dresses and I reviewed each of the dresses with her one by one. She told me it would cost 9.00 per dress. I agreed to pay this price since I was reassured that her cleaners could clean the dresses. I was told the dresses would be ready by a particular day/time and when I arrived on that day, all of the dresses were not ready. I returned on a later date to pick up the second half of the dresses, only to learn this time they were unable to locate the leather jacket. I returned to the cleaners with the dresses to express my dissatisfaction, and the same young lady that I reviewed the dresses with during my first visit proceeds to tell me there is nothing she can do because she is only "the cashier". She was no longer pleasant and stated I needed to speak with the owner.When I finally spoke to the owner on the telephone, he spent most of the conversation telling me what was wrong with the dresses that I had brought into the cleaners and why they looked the way that they did. It felt as if I was placed on trial and had to defend my dissatisfaction with their services. Mind you, the owner never laid eyes on any of the dresses and was going by what his worker had told him. I requested to meet with him to review the dresses and told him if after his review, he could tell me that his cleaners did the best job possible on the dresses, then I would call it a lost. We set up a day and time to meet, when I arrived at the cleaners, needless to say he was not there. I waited around a few more minutes and he did not show. I later received a phone call from the owner stating he ran late because of an errand. I decided not to bother taking any of the dresses back and to call it a loss because it was no longer worth the aggravation of defending why I was a dissatisfied CUSTOMER. Not to mention, once they located my leather jacket, I was told it was not cleaned because the same young lady quoted me an incorrect price to clean the jacket. This business may have good reviews online and are nice when there are no issues. However, once there is an issue you can expect to receive poor customer service. It appears they are simply out to make money and do not care about their quality of work.
My white pants had a few spots they could not get out, after asking them to treat them again I got my pants back with holes in them. They are ruined.
The worst experience. I asked them to shorten and hem a brand new skirt. I expressed that I don't want the hem stitching to show, I want it to look just as the hem looked when I bought it, flawless. Not only did they do a horrible job, they also glued the hem and ruined the material. When I expressed that I was very unhappy with it, can they do something to fix it, they said I was just trying to get something for free? Really?!!! The worst customer service ever. I brought it to another alterations place, they were horrified to see what these people did to this skirt. I give them a negative zero rating. We are dressed in suits all the time and want to look dignified and respectful. If you feel the same way, bring your clothing elsewhere to a reputable alterations service. Definetly not here.
Bad business. When you're unhappy with their work, instead of pleasing the customer and fixing their mistakes, they attack the customer. Absolutely awful customer service. Very poor quality. Go elsewhere.....
They are no longer Paris Dry Cleaners the name is still there. They were bought by Miami dry cleaners. The new owner is horrible, rude and nastyI brought in my work pants for dry cleaning, they were only a month old this is the first time i took them to get cleaned.They were from express and 70 dollars each.The day I was supposed to pick them up, they called me from there. And stated the pants were stained.And that they were not ready. The owner told me it was their fault, that somehow the pants were mixed up with colored pants in the steam room fault.He said to give 3 days, that he would take out the stain . So i did give 3 days more like 4 days never called. so i ended up calling him . He said they were just a pair of pants and they were not important .Then he saif they had tried to take out the stain but it did not remove. I said so you have to pay and he said he would try.I said no I want my money or new pants.Again he said give him a few more days. I gave him a few more days and when i went in to get my promised new pants. He had bought fabric and made a pair pants with cheap material. And sewed express labels on them. The owner is a liar and con artist. And when I confronted him he got very nasty with me. Im filing a lawsuit. And now he will have to pay more what he owes me. I took have pictures of the fake pants and all his texts. And i took my original pants for proof.I will see him in court. Please be careful taking your clothes here.
