I bought a set of ls3 blue emblems put them on my car and after about a month the blue faded out and turned silver about two months ago I put them in an envelope and mailed them to the 7775 address and asked for help to see why they faded I have not herd back so today I called and the man said he could not help me unless I emailed not called which I think is crazy why have a phone now I not only have my old emblems but also no answer to my question barry cade 423 653 8586
scam artistscon you on price, con you on financing, misrepresent lie cheat, mess with your trade in to force you to buy their car.

Very unprofessional I brought my van there and a week later it had transmission problems now I need a new transmission and they don't want to fix it the manager's exact words are it left a lot we can't do nothing about it also I had a tag a hard tag I left it there and she claims I never left it there and now that's lost and I have to spend extra money I do not recommend this dealership to know one they're Crooks
Horrible. Rude and very unprofessional, Especially by the so called manager named Joe. He treated me like if I was an idiot . How is it they have such a rude person working there. I had been going there for years but never again will I step foot there. The only person thatI say was worth the trip there is no longer there . His name I believe was Frank. I don't recommend it. YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be very careful when dealing with Rene Aldana, the sales manager. My experience showed him to be a liar. We are 5 months into our second lease and two days ago we get a bill for our previous lease for over $3,000. These charges were waived By Rene prior to signing for our new lease. Now Rene says this never happened. Be very careful or just stay away from this dealership.
Gente deshonesta nos vendieron un carro con la transmisión mala, y pasó un año para que no la reparan más los rodamientos, amortiguadores.. etc !!! Una total porquería y la vieja espantosa esa es una atrevida. En mi vida vuelvo a comprarles un auto y ojalá ustedes tampoco lo hagan por que esta es la hora que seguimos teniendo problemas con esa chatarra
I was assured that the car was "Like New", It had less than 50k; for the most part they were right, the car is in good order, HOWEVERwhen I got the vehicle home, I discovered that the spare tire & jack kit were missing. I contacted them, Paul (my sales rep.) told me he would take care of it. His resolution was to send me a link to a parts company! Then I get an email from them asking how everything was with the car. When I voiced my concerns regarding the tire & jack, they never responded. To this day I have not heard form them. I even call, no return call.Bottom line: 1. INSPECT EVERY INCH OF THE CAR! 2. Based on other comments, have your mechanic check it out, I guess I got lucky, my car runs great!For $300.00 (the cost of tire & jack), I will never deal with them again. How short sighted!
