I took a Yellow cab to Miami Airport. The driver did a good job. I ordered the cab in advance for 8 am. Driver was on time (a few minutes early). Car was a sedan big enough for 2 suitcases to fit in trunk without any hassles.WE had a pleasant chat during the drive. He asked where I was going and what airline I was flying on. He immediately knew which terminal to take me to and which end of that terminal my airline check in counter was located. He got my luggage out and helped me get it into the terminal. In Miami Dade county taxi fare to the airport is calculated on a flat rate zone basis as set by the Board of County Commissioners. I live as far north as possible and still be in Miami Dade county—which means that I pay a flat rate of $55, plus cost of mandatory highway toll. I thought he did a good job picked me up on time, took me there by the shortest route and let me out at my airline check in counter without any hassles. Even took my luggage in. Plus he was a nice person. I gave him a 20 percent tip, the same as for good service in a restaurant.

Cabbie never turned the meter on and rather requested a $25.00 flat fee for a seven minute ride. Watch out for Cab# 916!!!

29 July 2016, my daughter and I got this taxi from the airport. I specifically told him I needed to go to Hialeah to collect a package and then to go in the opposite direction to downtown to my hotel.This guy first of all could not find the directions in GPS. Then finally dropped us off with luggage two blocks from where we were supposed to go. I had to walk with luggage then to find another taxi to go to the hotel since he said he cannot wait. My package was waiting for me. I just had to take and go. My daughter's day was ruined. Not only that he attempted to drive away with my change. He charged $45.75 and I gave him 3 $20 bills. He drove off and only stopped after I ran after him. Will never do again. He was a tall Haitian national. I forgot the cab number it had a 7 and a 9 in it I believe.

Hi A few days ago we took a cab from the airport back home and it was really nice. He helped us with the suitcases and held the door for all of us. we paid by credit card and that worked ok.

One of their drivers, Madeleine cab number 3480-42472 just scammed me on an airport ride.I reported this to Miami-Dade taxi complaint and have not heard anything back.She overcharged me 12 dollars for the flat rate from the airport to South Beach and wouldn't give me a proper receipt.Steer clear from these guys, maybe it was just one bad egg of a driver but if this is the type of behavior this company condones then they should lose their transportation license.
